With the application and popularization of intelligent mobile devices,the demand for location-based services is becoming more and more high,all kinds of Internet companies are also focused on location-based services research,location-based service era is beginning to take shape.However,as the basis of location services,indoor positioning technology still has a lot of room for development.In the interior environment where the navigation satellites can not be covered,TDOA,RSSI and TOA positioning techniques have been put forward.However,each positioning technique has its inapplicable scene,Therefore,through a variety of positioning technology to learn from each other's strengths and weaknesses of fusion solution positioning has become a hot technology research and development.In order to solve the problem that the accuracy of single TDOA location method is insufficient in some scenes,this paper proposes a new algorithm based on particle matching,which combines the characteristics of indoor and outdoor high accuracy geographic information system and the inertia of personnel,The method of TDOA and RSSI fusion location is improved by using map matching and RSSI method to improve the accuracy and robustness of the whole positioning system under the condition of low accuracy of TDOA method.At the same time,a new method to estimate the accuracy of TDOA location results is proposed to meet the requirements of TDOA real-time results.The paper mainly includes the following aspects:1.The advantages and disadvantages of the existing wireless location algorithm are analyzed,and the significance of the fusion algorithm and the high-precision geographic information system for the indoor positioning solution is explained.2.A new real-time estimation method of TDOA location accuracy is proposed by analyzing the Newton's solution method of TDOA and combining with the information of the base station's spatial distribution provided by the geographic information system.The realization process of TDOA is illustrated and verified through experiments.Its estimation error is within 15%.At the same time,this method is combined with geographic information system to produce a TDOA precision map.3.Based on the particle filter and the information resource of the high-precision GIS and the walking path of the personnel,a method of TDOA and RSSI fusion localization is proposed by map matching,and the realization of the algorithm is described in detail.Process and implementation ideas.The algorithm makes use of the restriction of the terrain on the way of walking,and corrects the positioning result in the process of particle filtering,and improves the precision of positioning and the continuity of positioning points effectively.At last,the algorithm is simulated and analyzed,and its precision is superior to the commonly used TDOA/RSSI fusion algorithm based on variance weighting.
