Terrorist activities becoming more and more frequent in today's world.All countries in the world attach great importance to development of anti-terrorism and riot robot,but most of international anti-terrorism and riot robots were use the lethal weapon to kill terrorists,in the city anti-terrorism,we tend to wounded or captured terrorists,then trace the terrorist group.This design of anti-terrorism riot robot's arm has four degrees of freedom and can be installed with ono-lethal weapons to fight terrorists,in a confrontation or sneak attack with terrorists,anti-terrorism and riot robot can make terrorists lose the ability to act.When the function of anti-terrorism and riot robot is clear,we began to des ign the performance of robot,mechanical structure,hardware and software respec tively.Performance index design mainly divided into:structure,motor,communic ation.The mechanical structure design including the mechanical arm and walking mechanism,Four-wheel drive crawler structure can adapt to different road conditions and has the advantages of strong stability,and the robot mechanical arm kinematical is analyzed,the kinematics equation is built,and further calculate the corresponding Jacobin matrix.According to the anti-terrorism and riot robot index requirements,completed the analysis and selection for each function module.Especially for the choice of control chip and panel,mechanical arm and other important module were introduced.Based on the completion of the hardware circuit design,respectively design for two control model of anti-terrorism and riot robot software:PS2 control software design is based on the Arduino IDE platform to write;and the mobile control software is divided into two parts:the writing of Android mobile APP platform is Eclipse,the writing of server platform is Arduino IDE.Based on the completion of the anti-terrorism and riot robot's software and hardware design,the entire anti-terrorism and riot robot assembly and followed by system testing,realized the function of our proposed and the performance index requirements.
