With the development of modern electronic information technology,computer and network application are more and more popular.Nowadays,computer crime has become an important type of crime,and computer crime emerge is in an endless stream of various types,which leads to serious losses to the people,companies and countries.Now the public security departments are mainly collected on the management of the computer crime case information by artificial means,the operation efficiency of relevant at low level.While the use of database technology will case classification storage up to build a case database,and through the user interface of its management is very necessary.This paper has analyzed the current situation of the public security department first computer crime case management work,found its way in information processing,computer case information storage method,data sharing,data volume and other issues,give detailed demand analysis,the case of computer crime and design information management system based on Web.System mainly divided into case management information,browse,legal document report,system maintenance and user management five functional modules,in which case information management is the core module of the system.Case information management includes a case category management,case information editing,case information browsing,suspicion personnel information management.The case of computer crime information management system uses the B/S structure,simplifies the system development,maintenance and use;use SQL SERVER 2008 database management software,the system data organization of information become highly structured,integrated,high degree of sharing,low redundancy data set;using the MVC model of three layers architecture,the realization of the code separation of data,logic and page display;using J2EE development platform to ensure portability,scalability and stability of the system;through the MD5 encryption algorithm to encrypt the information transmission system,and the use of role based access control method,user roles are divided into ordinary user,the editors and the system administrator,ensure the safety system.Design and implementation of computer crime case information management system,has certain practical value for the public security departments,to provide comprehensive and exhaustive data material for its,help the personnel of the public security organs analysis and decision making,continue to strengthen the information construction of public security department.
