With the continuous development of e-commerce,the rapid growth of logistics industry is an essential part of it.A large number of logistics companies have been established to provide users with a full range of delivery services.Logistics industry is a complex system composed of multiple parts,their primary investment are the construction of logistics distribution center and the costs of transportation.How to optimize the selection of distribution centers and the transportation routes planning are the main problems that logistics enterprise faces in order to save the capital and operational cost.To solve the problems,we will design and implement a system of a logistics center location and distribution routes planning by using the optimized Dijkstra's algorithm and clustering algorithm.The key tasks include:Firstly,to treat the distribution location and the goods routes planning of the logistics enterprises as mathematical problems.To abstract the distribution centers as nodes in graphic theory,and to use the transport routes of goods as the connections among nodes.Meantime,to study and analyse the main factors that affect the logistics and transport,such as the transportation costs,labor costs,etc.In addition,we will describe them as the abstract of the connection weights between nodes,thus to establish a foundation of undirected connected graphic logistics companies distribution center and path planning model as the basis for further optimization.Secondly,to introduce the Dijkstra's algorithm and clustering algorithm to optimize and improve the selection of logistics distribution center site and planning of goods transportation routes.Since the Dijkstra's algorithm for route planning under the traditional model would only process a specific mode of transport.In order to take into consideration of the cost of transportation and the effectiveness criteria,we have proposed to use the optimized Dijkstra's algorithm to satisfy the different transport requirements and to fit the actual needs of the application.In addition,the traditional data mining clustering algorithm will be adjusted by taking into account of the practical application of logistics and transportation investment cost factors.Thus the algorithm application process will be optimized to help the logistics company to determine the final location scheme according to its specific requirements.Finally,based on the results of theoretical research,we will design and develop the logistics distribution center site selection and routes planning system,carry out an analysis of the system functionality and performance requirements that focus on the user's point of view and then design the general framework of the system and discuss the process of building a database system based on the results of the analysis.At the end,we plan to realize the system functions by using the C#language in an integrated environment.After the test,the result showed that the system achieved optimization of the distribution of center location selection and routes planning based on the optimized Dijkstra's algorithm and clustering algorithm.To sum up,the research on the selection of logistics distribution center site and the improvement of routes planning program have merged the theoretical studies with the practical applications.The proposed algorithm in this paper can effectively improve the level of the final optimization solutions with theoretical significance;meanwhile,the design and development of systems contributed significant value to the small and medium sized logistics companies in saving investment and distribution costs.
