Design And Implementation Of PhoneGap And J2EE Based Mobile Police System

With the development of mobile terminal hardware and wireless communication technology,smart phones and tablet PCs have been widely used.People can get information anytime and anywhere through a variety of mobile terminals.The mobile Internet is changing people's lives and habits.The work of police is rather special,which has many sudden and unexpected circumstances and needs joint working.Developing mobile police system with wireless communication technology can meet the needs of police officers to work in the new situation.The mobile police system is very meaningful in detection of cases,opulation verification,traffic management and fugitive arrest.The main research achievements and contributions are as follows:(1)The paper uses Unified Modeling Language(UML)for system requirement analysis.According to the results of the needs analysis,in accordance with the design principles,the system is divided into several functional modules.The modules include business query module,traffic management module,public information query module,community policing module.The mobile police system permissions can be assigned based on user roles.The database is designed,then the system is developed and tested.(2)The mobile terminal client is developed with App Framework and PhoneGap.PhoneGap can be used to deploy a web app that's packaged for distribution in various APP store portals.The builded application can run on Android,IOS and show a consistent platform style interface.(3)The management system uses J2ee architecture and Struts2 framework to achieve access control,data management,system settings and other functions.MVC,Proxy and the chain of responsibility design pattern are used.The system can be responded quickly by applying various design methods and techniques.The system has a good compatibility and convenient maintenance,besides,it achieves the expected function.
