With the development of science and technology,high-tech computer information technologies are used in the researching and developing of new generation cars to make them more intelligent.The four-wheel independent drive mode,with its independently control of drive and ease measure of torque and speed has showed the advantages of control in cars stability and safety.now,The four-wheel independent drive electric cars has become the desirable carrier of the new generation of vehicle control technology when research and exploring in vehicle dynamics performance.However,how to make a reasonable allocation of four-wheel drive torque and achieve real-time accurate and reliable control so that the four wheels of vehicle could work together to ensure the vehicle's dynamics and stability has become a problem of modern active electronic chassis technology.In this article,the SRM(Switched Reluctance Motor)is selected as the hub motor,based on the CPS for wheeled car four-wheel independent electric motor torque distribution control study,the main research contents are as following:(1)This paper has proposed a four-wheel independent drive torque distribution strategy based on the CPS.According to the characteristics of the real-time and reliability in the CPS system,electric vehicles are driven by four-wheel independence as the main research object.Four-wheel independent drive electric vehicles were used to construct the CPS framework;In this framework,taking the vehicle turning travel as basic scene,this paper analyzes the impact of torque distribution on the state of turning travel—understeering/oversteering,control the yawing moment,and put forward a kind of four-wheel independent drive torque distribution strategy meeting the demand of driving force;(2)According to the torque distribution strategy put forward in(1),combining the fuzzy control theory,this article has put forward a yawing moment based fuzzy adaptive PI control algorithm.In this algorithm,the yawing moment is under fuzzy control,and fussy controllers for the transverse swing angular velocity and sideslip angle has been designed,tow of which have direct influence on yawing moment.In the MATLAB/Simulink to vehicle dynamics model with 8 degrees of freedom as the control object design high speed and low road adhesion coefficient and the low velocity and high road adhesion coefficient of two kinds of conditions,simulation tests were carried out to validate fuzzy PI control algorithm based on yaw moment adaptive effective.
