The Analysis And Design Of The Inspect System Of Mobile Communications Network Complaints Hot Spot Based On GIS

with the rapid development of mobile communication,the number of customers and the number of services provided by the communications operators shows a rapid growth trend,so does the number of customer complaints.Customer complaints are the first hand data to examine the business and service quality of the communications operators.However,in the past,the communications operators didn't draw enough attention to the customer complaints.The value of huge amount of data is submerged.Complaint data is usually present in the form of complaint texts.With the rise of the data mining technology,the huge value of the big amount of complaints data is gradually excavated.The communications operators can not only find out the hot issues in the complaint texts through data mining,but also can find out a lot of new business growth points.Under this background,this thesis presents a research on the problem of the data mining of the mobile communication network.The purpose of this thesis is to study how to ease the contradiction between the increasing number of complaints and the low efficiency of the complaint handling.This thesis mainly analyzes and studies a inspect system of mobile communications network complaints hot spot.The system,combining the analysis and summary of previous achievements in text mining technology,builds a model and dig out the hot information from the massive data and presents by GIS.The main work of this thesis is as follows:Firstly,this thesis introduces the background and current situation of text mining and the achievements and shortcoming of scholars in recent years.Secondly,this thesis introduces the mathematical model,algorithm and the detailed process of the the inspect system of mobile communications network complaints hot spot,and then introduces the key technology of the hot spot prediction model and the key technologies used in the text such as clustering,association rules analysis.Then this thesis introduces the design and implementation of the different module of.the system.Next,this thesis introduces the practical application of the the system,including the complaints data of the GIS presentation,hot spot mining based on the unknown subject and the hot spot prediction based on the known subject and so on.Finally,this thesis summarizes the work and puts forward the prospect of the future.
