Recent years,in the architectural design,phenomenon of error is increasing due to asymmetric information in different stages,which lead to a large number of human and financial resources to waste.China's commercial real estate BIM application study found that 77% of the construction companies suffer investment losses in the project because of not clear or confusing drawing;43% of the construction enterprise faced major errors in the tender drawings.It can eliminate 40% of the budget change through collision check system based on BIM technology,and detect and resolve conflict early at the same time,then reduce the loss.Base on the collision check system,which implements functions like collision check?pipeline installation distance inspection and so on.Contractor or developers can check collision and judge whether the drawings and the design of the model is reasonable be based on the construction model.Avoid wasting construction materials and time,to ensure that the construction is scientific,high efficiency and rationality.In this paper,we implements an automatic collision check judgment system based on BIM,in order to solve collision problem and spacing of standardization,through automatic judgment function at the same time promote the intelligent system,the main research work includes the following four aspects:(1)Research on the application of BIM technology,collision check technology and related algorithm;Organize national construction industry standardization documents;Analysis of.NET framework and software development technology.(2)Constructed rule database based on condition judgment,in order to provides technical support for the implementation of pipeline installation spacing automatic judgment.Based on the construction of each professional pipeline installation spacing in the national specification file,specific content by analyzing all kinds of specification,set up different professional requirements of rule base,specification requirements and implement the unified storage methods and build a database for automatic judgment basis.(3)Set up collision check automatic judgment model based on Sphere Bounding Algorithm and rule database.Analysis and the realization of ball bounding box technology and algorithm,compute distance between the two geometry object by ball bounding box technology and obtain the rule base specification requirements,judge whether the distance comply with national standard,thus established the ball surrounded algorithm and the combination of rule base collision check automatic judgment model.(4)Analysis functional requirements about BIM technology system,through the analysis of the architecture and design,using the.NET platform to realize automatic judgment system in this paper.In this paper,we design and implement collision check automatic judge system based on BIM,through the collision check module,the rule management module,pipeline installation spacing check module,realize standardization collision checking between objects in the architectural design.Improving the level of automation,intelligent judgment system,improve architectural design worker's working efficiency,reduce the losses caused by design errors in construction,makes the construction process more smoothly.
