In the process of the construction of government information project,WEB application software development platform is needed to manage,develop and maintain a variety of management information system.However,the existing WEB application software development platform does not provide software project management functions,its installation and deployment are com plex,and it involve a variety of language and database,resulting in software project management process and software engineering can not be effectively combined.Software requirements analysis,design and code writing is difficult to be completed,a progra mmer need to master a variety of complex development tools and language to ensure the smooth implementation of the project,it is unable to meet the needs of the WEB application software requirements,complex,frequent changes,time constraints and high qua lity requirements.Therefore,in the case of the limited number and ability of software developers,it is necessary to provide a set of WEB application software development platform,which is easy to use,high efficiency,and can guarantee the quality of software.This paper first compares and analyzes the characteristics of WEB software development platform and its three tier architecture,and finds out that the three layer structure is complex,the usiness logic layer has a large workload,and the data processing of the database layer is complex.In order to improve the defects of the three layer structure,the paper discusses the concept of the three layer structure mapping technology,discusses the reasons and advantages of EXCEL as a mapping vector,discusses the code generation algorithm based on XML,three layer architecture,and discusses the classification,design and implementation method of configurable components.Secondly,the requirement analysis and design of WEB.NET platform are realized,which makes the platform has the function of starting,planning,implementing,monitoring and closing the software project.In software project implementation stage,the life cycle of software development is divided into five stages: requirements analysis,EXCEL pseudo code design,code generation,integration and testing.Through the document management system to achieve the preparation of the various stages of the document,through the code generation tool to achieve the generation of component code,through the pl atform of integrated subsystems to achieve the system function menu and user rights management.On this basis,the application scope of WEB.NET and ASP.NET,the functional characteristics and the use of methods are compared,which reflects the ease of use a nd high efficiency of WEB.NET in the construction of government information projects.Finally,in the the background of a construction of science and technology expert database,we introduced the software project management process and software development process of WEB.NET platform.The paper analyzes the types of components required for the project,and introduces the design of EXCEL based pseudo code,code generation process,and system integration process,and demonstrates the availability of WEB.NET platform.
