Design And Implementation Of Teaching Quality Evaluation System For College Teachers

With the rapid development of economy,cultural education is receiving more and more attention from the society.The ways in which students are trained by various universities are gradually diversified,and the evaluation methods for the teaching quality of teachers are not scientific enough.The level of teaching quality also reflects the comprehensive strength of colleges and universities and relates to the quality of talent training.Teaching quality evaluation can prompt teachers to continuously improve teaching methods and correct problems in the teaching process,thereby improving teaching quality and further improving the overall teaching level of colleges and universities.At present,the qualitative and quantitative evaluation methods adopted by universities are relatively simple,which affects the objectivity of evaluation results.It is imperative to research and implement scientific and reasonable teaching quality evaluation methods based on technologies such as machine learning.In this paper,a qualitative evaluation is effectively quantified based on a support vector machine model,and a combination of quantitative evaluation and objective index data is provided to provide a feasible and convenient teaching quality evaluation system.Firstly,the teaching quality evaluation model is constructed based on the analytic hierarchy process and the weights of each factor are calculated.Secondly,the three types of data in the model are processed separately.This includes standardization of objective indicator data such as students' course performance,which weakens the impact of course difficulty on this indicator.Based on the support vector machine model to quantify the qualitative evaluation,the calculated comprehensive evaluation of teacher teaching quality is more comprehensive and objective;then complete the comprehensive calculation of teacher teaching quality evaluation,and extract keywords based on the qualitative evaluation to construct teacher teaching portraits;finally design And implement a functional teacher teaching quality evaluation system.The thesis completes the overall system design,determines the overall architecture and functional modules of the system,elaborates the implementation of each module,and completes the system's functional and non-functional tests.The test results show that the system can better evaluate the teaching quality of teachers.
