| Since the 1990s,as economic globalization has become a historical development trend,competition has become increasingly fierce among enterprises,and strategies have played an increasingly important role in the development of enterprises.Enterprises are more concerned about the long-term and sustainable development needs of enterprises and the effects of achieving strategic goals.The traditional performance evaluation method,due to its own reasons,is difficult to closely integrate with corporate strategy,and a new type of performance method that can be organically combined with corporate strategy is urgently needed.In this era,the balanced scorecard came into being.The research on the balanced scorecard has been extended from the theory to the application level.Through the efforts of many scholars,the theory of the balanced scorecard has become increasingly rich,and has developed into an effective enterprise management tool.The scope of application is expanding,and its applicability is continuously strengthened.How to build a performance appraisal system in line with the company's modern management so that it can give full play to the role of performance management has become a problem that many companies in China need to solve.In order to solve the above problems,this article takes the performance evaluation management of Company B as the research object.It finds out the problems existing in the company's performance evaluation,through in-depth investigation of the company's performance evaluation status.Based on in-depth analysis of these problems and the balanced scorecard,the company's performance evaluation system was restructured.The research of this paper mainly includes the following parts.The first part is an introduction,which points out five slides,the research background,research significance,content and methods of this article,and summarizes the current research status of the balanced scorecard at home and abroad.The second part is related overview of concepts and theories.This section first introduces the concepts of performance management and balanced scorecard.Based on this,the balanced scorecard method and performance assessment management and the theoretical basis of this article are summarized.The third part is the status quo.Analyze and take Company B's performance appraisal as the research object,analyze the company's human resources status and construction of the performance appraisal system,and point out the problems of the company's performance appraisal content,communication,and index design through investigation and research;The fourth part mainly introduce Company B's performance evaluation system is based on the balanced scorecard.This part first determines the target positioning of the system construction,selects key indicators from the four aspects of finance,internal processes,customers,learning and growth,and then determines each Indicator weight setting;the fifth part is the base of company B,the implementation and guaranteed implementation of the performance evaluation system of the balanced scorecard.This section first determines the principles and processes of implementation,and then explains the evaluation system's role in evaluation.In order to ensure the smooth implementation of the performance evaluation system,this article considers that it is necessary to establish The performance assessment management system and human resource platform are built,and the feedback of performance assessment results and the protection of talents are guaranteed.The sixth part is the conclusion,pointing out the research conclusions of this article,and the next stage of research. |
