| Talent support is one of the most critical factors in the development of regional economy.Under the background of rapid economic development in China,it is very important to study talent support based on the market supply and demand of talent resources.Ouhai District of Wenzhou City is one of the four main urban areas of Wenzhou City.It has won the title of China's advanced science and technology work area.It has entered the top 100 comprehensive strength areas for three consecutive years.It is one of the top 100 scientific and technological innovation areas and green development areas.It is necessary to study the talent support system of Ouhai District to promote the high-quality development of regional economy.In this paper,through a brief introduction of regional economy,the introduction of talent capital theory and talent support theory,mainly using case analysis method,to analyze the current situation of talent supply and demand in the process of high-quality economic development in Ouhai District,put forward the problem of supply and demand of talent support system in Ouhai District,and use normative analysis and qualitative judgment to explore the root causes of the problem,so as to find out the corresponding market development Solutions to the law of exhibition.The first part of the content arrangement is the introduction,which gives a brief introduction to the relevant research content of the paper,including the background,significance and current situation of the research.The second part is the theoretical basis of regional talent support and high-quality economic development.Starting from the theory of talent capital and talent support,this paper provides theoretical support for the research of regional talent support system,and summarizes the basis of this study.The third part mainly analyzes the current situation of talent support in the process of high-quality economic development in Ouhai District,Wenzhou City,including the supply and demand dimensions of talent supply and demand,and the matching degree of high-quality economic development and talent policy.The fourth part is based on the analysis of the reasons for the talent problems in the high-quality economic development of Ouhai District,Wenzhou City.Starting from the gap between talent supply and demand and talent matching,it discusses the reasons for the current talent support problems in Ouhai District,Wenzhou City.The fifth part mainly discusses the guarantee measures for the high-quality economic development of Ouhai District,Wenzhou City,based on the national talent strategy and talent planning.Starting from the introduction and training of talents,it constructs a talent support system suitable for Ouhai District,Wenzhou City. |
