At present,K12 online education platform is facing fierce competition among enterprises and serious homogenization of teaching mode.At the same time,K12 online education platform is facing problems such as shortage of teacher resources and improper matching between teachers and customers.However,K12 online education platform is facing great difficulties in maximizing the utilization of teacher resources and matching appropriate teacher-student relationship.Therefore,it is an urgent problem to be solved by K12 online education operators that how to form a matching teacher-student matching relationship between high-quality teacher resources and suitable students and achieve the requirements of consistent matching and complementary matching between teachers and students.First,in the study of factors influencing the teachers and students to match demand,in the process of the full reference on the basis of existing literature,matching demand and complementary demand two aspects of factors,building contains many factors,the influencing factors of teachers and students online education matching demand analysis model,the argument between teachers and students and the influence factors of student satisfaction including target match,values,personality,needs,match,ability to match,emotional match.Then,the influence factors of teachers and students to match demand,with customers in K12 online education website evaluation information collection,cleaning,analysis,using text mining methods for data analysis,on the consistent matching demand,K12 education website customer demands,in turn,is the target matching,personality and values match,the complementary matching demand,K12 education website customer demands,in turn,was matching,emotional and ability to match demand.Finally,from the perspective of customer demand,the matching situation of online education between teachers and students is analyzed and studied with big data,and the user intention is integrated and the data information is tested with big data machine learning technology,and the causal law between user characteristics and users' high satisfaction with purchasing courses is mined.The resulting causal law is used as the matching algorithm to match the most suitable teacher for students in K12 online education website in real time.
