The 2017 edition of the new biology curriculum standard puts forward to develop students' core literacy.Based on biological facts,using hypothesis deduction can improve students' scientific thinking,and then cultivate students' core literacy.Through involving many subjects and fields,and is a very important carrier in biology.However,through the investigation of biology teachers,it is found that in the actual teac hing,the teaching of hypothetical deduction method is not paid enough attention to by fr ont-line teachers,and there are some problems in the practical application,such as teach ers' inadequate understanding of hypothetical deduction method and students' failure to play the dominant role in the class,which leads to the unsatisfactory teaching effect of h ypothetical deduction method.Therefore,this study focuses on analyzing the problems and causes of applying hypothesis deduction in biology classroom,optimizing teaching design and highlighting the role of hypothesis deduction in biology classroom,so as to improve the role of hypothesis deduction in biology classroom.In order to improve the ability of guided by Bruner discovery learning theory,Asubel's theory of meaningful learning,logic theory and draws from the successful experience and results of the predecessors.In view of the current high school biology "heredity and evolution" module uses the hypothesis deduction method teaching,and in the teaching link strengthens "puts forward the hypothesis" and "the deduction reasoning" the link application research.The research mainly focuses on the contents of the first three chapters contain four sections of the "heredity and evolution" module,which first investigates the current teaching situation,and puts forward the optimization strategy according to the existing problems.Then conducts the teaching design based on the optimization strategy,and applies the teaching design to the teaching practice,and then tests the changes of students' ability by means of questionnaires,classroom observation,interviews and case studies.Through teachers' continuous strengthening and guidance of hypothesis deduction,especially the steps of "putting forward hypothesis" and "deductive reasoning ",it is found that hypothesis deduction teaching is effective and feasible.By the analysis of teaching effects,it is found that hypothesis deduction plays apositive role in improving students' deductive inference ability and learning interest:hypothesis deduction teaching can make students play a main part in the class;it can help students develop the ability to put forward hypotheses;it can help students cultivate deductive inference ability;and it can also help improve teachers' ability.But the application of hypothesis deduction exists several problems that should be noted : Rome is not built in one day,and the cultivation of thinking ability should be from simple to complex,advance step by step,do not act in haste.
