At present,China is entering a period of construction of new engineering disciplines.It is increasingly important to train the "double-skilled" teacher team,and improve the quality of the vocational teachers,and cultivate the core literacy of vocational teachers who are in line with the development of the times.Basing on the perspective of the training of outstanding vocational teachers under the threshold of New Engineering Science and focusing on the analysis of the status quo and causes of the cultivation of the core literacy of preservice teachers of vocational education,we try to find a way to cultivate the core literacy of preservice teachers of vocational education that meet the needs of the development of the times.The core literacy of preservice teachers of vocational education includes emotional literacy,knowledge literacy and ability literacy.The research finds that preservice teachers of vocational education of the New Engineering Department has a core literacy level slightly higher than the general level,and preservice teachers of vocational education have the best emotional literacy,followed by knowledge literacy,and finally ability literacy.The preservice teachers of vocational education have problems such as relatively narrow knowledge scope,lack of critical innovation ability,and low engineering practice literacy.The training of vocational teachers in the United States,Germany,and Japan emphasizes the deep integration of educational skills and professional skills,and focuses on the improvement of pre-service teaching and professional practice,and emphasizes the experience of lifelong learning and critical thinking.The training of core literacy of vocational teachers in our country needs to strengthen the collaborative education model of deep integration of production and education and needs to select high-quality enterprises to participate in talent training,and build a practical training platform for the integration of production and education,and build a complete system of professional teachers and students.We need to realize the integration of education and professional disciplines,and promote the cross-border integration of general courses and professional courses,and realize the cross-fusion of professional structures.We also need to promote the construction of teachers and professional development,aiming at the forefront of industry and technological change,and expand the channels for the source of teachers.For the new engineering disciplines,we should build a composite teacher team and build a teacher cooperation community and Improve the system guarantee system for vocational teacher training,and improve the standardized evaluation management mechanism,and build a diversified resource support system,and improve the employment environment for vocational teachers and students.
