| In the Internet era,new media have played an important role in various fields by using technology to spread information and provide services to users through the Internet.New media platforms can also be found in the field of education.Their characteristics of interactivity,immediacy,and autonomy can effectively promote innovation and development in the field of education.Nowadays,Chinese as a foreign language classroom also faces opportunities and challenges from the new era.It is necessary to change traditional teaching methods and use new technology to reform Chinese as a foreign language classroom.However,the Indonesian Pahoa International School in which I practiced has always followed more traditional teaching methods,which has hindered the development of Chinese teaching in the school to a certain extent.Therefore,the author hopes to introduce a new media platform into the Chinese classroom of Pahoa School to add new vitality to the traditional classroom.This article analyzes the application cases of new media related to Chinese as a foreign language that are widely used and have a large number of users.The study found that the currently widely used new media platforms are WeChat,learning apps,and live webcasts.The advantage is that it is more adapted to the learning style of contemporaryChinese learners,outputs diverse learning content,and changes the language thinking and behavior of students.After investigating the use of new media in the Chinese classroom in Pahoa School,Indonesia,the author made an instructional design based on the findings of the Chinese classroom in Pahoa.In teaching design,the advantages of new social media are mainly used,and other new media platforms are assisted to optimize the school's Chinese teaching resources,update the Chinese classroom,and make Pahoa high school students more enthusiastic and active in learning Chinese.In previous studies,the analysis of the new media platform was more than enough,and its practical application was insufficient.The purpose of this article is to make up for the lack of predecessors,design a specific teaching plan for the application of the new media platform in teaching Chinese as a foreign language,and put forward specific suggestions to make teaching more practical.I hope that Indonesian Chinese teaching can develop towards innovative teaching. |
