| High school period is critical in adolescences' physical and mental development towards maturity.Compared with “the Ordinary High School Physical Education and Health Curriculum Standard(experimental edition)”,“the Ordinary High School Physical Education and Health Curriculum Standard(2017 edition)”(hereafter referred to as “Standard 2017 edition”)has raised the cultivation of the core qualities of PE subject to the level of teaching goals,not just emphasized the goal of physical and mental health,this,from one perspective shows the center of new round of subject cultivation.This paper aims to strengthen high school's concerns for students' cultivation of core qualities of PE and provide some strategic countermeasures for high school PE teaching.This study adopts questionnaire survey,mathematical statistics,logic analysis,expert interview and some other research methods,has an investigation of the acquisition of the core qualities of PE of high school students and of the process of teachers' teaching in Zhangzhou city.The study is divided into six parts.The first part is literature review of the subject;the second part is the study design including research questions,research subjects,research methods;the third part is the foundation of theories for core qualities of PE study;the fourth part is the analysis of the current situation and grade difference of core qualities of PE of high school students in Zhangzhou city based on the data of questionnaire;the fifth part are the strategies for the cultivation of core qualities of PE of high schools in Zhanghou city according to their existing teaching environment and conditions.The sixth part is conclusion.The results shows that 1.From the dimension of sports ability of core qualities,the performance of high school students in Zhangzhou is relatively poor,which is manifested in that the physical ability decreases with the increase of grade;weak grasp of sports knowledge;Participation in extracurricular sports is low;averageappreciation level of sports matches.2.From the dimension of healthy behaviors of core qualities,the performance of high school students is still poor,which is embodied in that small number of students has met the habit standard of sports population;average knowledge of health care;decreasing power over self physical health management and emotion control.3.From the dimension of morality of core qualities,the performance is not quite good,which is reflected in the average sportsmanship;lack of virtue of perseverance;the spirit of cooperation and social responsibility needs to be improved.Based on the above study,the paper puts forward strategies as follows: 1.To improve the teachers' professional quality and morality,promoting adjustment of teaching methods and contents with varied students.2.To arrange teaching activities oriented by the cultivation of core qualities of PE,renew teaching methods,center around students.3.To apply multi evaluation system revolved around the cultivation of core qualities of PE.4.To strengthen the management of school rules,forbid other occupation of PE class time.5.To put in more investment on school sports facilities,ensure the fulfillment of teaching schemes.6.To build internet school-home information platform,realize internal and external linkage. |
