| International education,as an important way of cross-cultural communication,is a vital way to sharp country's image and exert its effect,an effective method to contribute to the political,economic and diplomatic development,and an important measure to improve the process of higher education and international level of university.With the rapid development of international education,a growing member of universities widely recruit international students at the call of government,making the its number increase year by year.However,the students' quantity and quality cannot keep the balance due to the old educational management ideas,the faultiness of institution,the lack of international faculties and the like so that numerous problems occur frequently.The thesis,under the background of cross-culture,concludes problems of international students' educational management from the perspective of enrollment,study and life to explore the effective countermeasures based on the survey and analysis of current situation.Firstly,the thesis teases out the domestic and foreign research and then discusses the primary research contents including research theoretical and practical significance,research ideas and methods,research focus,difficulties and innovation points,and finds out the related concepts and necessary theories.Secondly,the thesis analyses the current situation and problems of international students' educational management.On the one hand,this part covers the basic information and development history about international students' educational management in university.On the other hand,it shows the current situation and problems reflected from it about international students' educational management in university enrollment,study and life by questionnaires.Thirdly,combining the interview results,the thesis finds out reasons to the above problems from the perspective of faculties and international students,the two subjects of cross-cultural educational management.Finally,under the guidance of three theories,intercultural communication theory,ecology of education theory and Maslow's hierarchy of needs theory,the thesis puts forward that the faculties and international students should establish the sense of cross-culture and make joint efforts to overcome problems in international education management.The faculties,as a main subject,are bound to creative an physical and cultural environment that is in line with international education management: to optimize the educational management ideas---define the international education position and enhance cross-cultural service awareness;to optimize the educational management process---review the development history and enrich international experience reference;to optimize the educational management system---perfect institution,clarify the system construction and implement supervision;to optimize the educational management team---strengthen the international faculty construction and improve the professional competence.The international students,as a secondary subject,should be taught to promote themselves quality and overcome inadaptation,like setting up reasonable expectations and reinforcing learning,respecting cultural differences and seeking common ground,pursuing emotional communication and decreasing the words and deeds conflicts. |
