As a new way of entertainment and social interaction,online games now have a huge user base which is constantly increasing.At the same time,the development of online games is accompanied by huge economic benefits,and its social recognition is also increasing.Therefore,it is of great significance to improve the service quality of online games by accelerating online games.In order to solve the problem of online game acceleration,we must first find the data flow of online game from the huge network data flow.Machine learning has strong self-adaptability and self-learning ability,it can solve the recognition problem well and has good expansibility.So the thesis proposes a method of using machine learning to identify online games.Compared with the traditional use of single-dimensional information for online game recognition.The thesis proposes the use of multi-dimensional information for online game recognition is proposed.In the aspect of online game acceleration,the thesis designs an online game acceleration model.The model mainly includes: the input data module based on the raw socket,the game recognition module based on the decision tree algorithm,the game acceleration module based on the WRR scheduling strategy design of QoS and the data update module using the multi-dimensional K-means algorithm.This method has the advantages of low cost,simple implementation and strong stability.The performance of five machine learning algorithms,such as BP neural network,decision tree,PNN probabilistic neural network,ELM extreme learning machine and wavelet neural network,in dealing with online game recognition is compared through simulation experiments.The results of simulation experiments show that the decision tree algorithm has the best performance in online game recognition.So the thesis selects the decision tree algorithm for online game recognition.Finally,the method of online game acceleration designed in this thesis is implemented under the home intelligent gateway,and the effectiveness of the method is verified by experiments.The experimental results show that the online game acceleration method proposed in this thesis can guarantee the quality of service of online games and realize the online gameacceleration.
