Research On The Running Mechanism Of Badminton Events In The 10th Paralympic Games

Through the research on the current situation of badminton events of the 10 th Paralympic Games,this paper combs out the current problems,puts forward constructive development strategies,and provides reference for the formulation of relevant strategies to promote the disabled badminton industry to adapt to the national development trend and improve the overall operational efficiency of the Paralympic Games events.This paper studies the operating mechanism of badminton events of the 10 th Paralympic Games by means of literature,expert interview,field investigation,questionnaire and logic analysis.It is found that there are problems in the organization and management mechanism,personnel management mechanism and the national system of badminton for the disabled;in the commercial operation mechanism,the publicity,sponsorship,rules and market standardization of the event need to be improved;in the logistics support,training hardware and life support for the disabled should be paid more attention.Conclusion :1.Since its establishment,China Paralympic Games has developed rapidly,and has been greatly promoted in the organization,management,operation and service guarantee of badminton events.However,due to popularity and influence and other reasons,but also let the network appear some unsatisfactory places,proving that the event has yet to develop.2.China Paralympic Games badminton event organization and management has been initially improved,can complete the event operation and development,but the market operation management is replaced by the government-led administrative operation,thus affecting the commercialization of the event and market development.3.the badminton event of the Paralympic Games in the event broadcast publicity,broadcast ratings,foreign exposure are steadily increasing,but in the domestic only individual sponsorship network platform and CCTV sports channels,local broadcast channels are few,and in the new media promotion and publicity on the official website is insufficient.4.10 th Paralympic Games badminton competition team personnel posts are mainly divided into competition department director,competition department deputy director,comprehensive affairs director,technical operation supervisor,administrative secretary supervisor,technical officer service supervisor,sports team service supervisor,award ceremony supervisor,sports equipment supervisor,competition venue supervisor,competition arrangement supervisor.5.the 10 th Paralympic Games badminton event successfully completed,there are still many problems.Including the event density is too large,the event capital absorption is insufficient,the personnel team construction is not in place,the safety supervision work safeguard,the service management work is not good.6.the badminton event of the Paralympic Games will continue to improve the service,but the audience service is slightly less than the player security service,the audience as one of the main participants in the event failed to feel more rational,humanized,comprehensive service security.
