In recent years,with the growing prosperity of China's Internet industry,"big data" has been widely known and considered as the new "oil" in the information age.It contains rich value and opportunities,and plays an important role in many fields.Academic circle and government attach great importance to the research scope of big data.Because of the rapid development of China's economy,many regions have issued policies that can promote the rapid development of China's education.Online education has become the main direction of national support.At the same time,online education enterprises operate in a variety of ways,so the evaluation of fair and just value in this field has been highly valued by the outside world.Nowadays,the income method is the most frequently used method to evaluate the value of online education enterprises.When evaluating and forecasting profits or cash flows,it mostly estimates roughly according to the average value of the forecast.In today's economic background,how can we effectively use the big data at the business level,so as to make accurate analysis,and become an effective forecast of cash flows and profits at present is a big problem in measurement.At present,the operation mode of online education enterprises is mainly based on user portraits and learning feedback to develop special teachingservices and learning courses,thus realizing the dynamic teaching mode.Online education enterprises also regard big data assets as an important part of management,which not only embodies the application of big data in enterprise operation,but also creates the precondition for the application of big data in enterprise valuation.Firstly,this paper expounds the theory of enterprise valuation,and makes a comparative analysis of the applicability of current popular enterprise valuation models and methods to online education enterprise valuation.Then,by comparing the valuation of case companies(51Talk worry-free English,the leading brand of online education in China),summarizes and answers the above questions in the process of exploring enterprise valuation methods under the background of big data.The main source of value creation in online education enterprises is the cash created by users.Enterprises use big data to portray users and analyze the value created by users.Based on this,this paper analyses the evaluation indexes of user value,such as the number of active users,the number of paid users,the cost of customer acquisition,the conversion rate of users,the loyalty of users and the retention rate of users,and predicts user creation on this basis.Produced profits and cash flows will be discounted to the company's valuation.Through the case study of online education enterprises,we integrate big data into the enterprise value evaluation,and find that the use of big data makes the enterprise value evaluation more comprehensive,accurate and forward-looking and timeliness.In addition,it should be noted that due to the protection of trade secrets,this study failed to obtain the bottom large data of sample companies,so the depth and breadth of the application of large data in the specific valuation process are still insufficient.However,under the background of the rapid development of big data application,it provides new ideas and inspiration for enterprises,especially for online education enterprises.
