| In 2019,the Ministry of Education issued the "opinions on strengthening and improving the work of basic education and research in the new era"(NO.14,2019),The document states that the education reform in the new era faces new requirements and tasks,and schools are the carriers of the work of teaching and research,we must keep pace with the times,keep abreast of the new era,"form an integrated teaching pattern of preparation,teaching,learning and evaluation under the guidance of curriculum objectives",actively arouse teachers' enthusiasm to participate in teaching research,and create a platform for teachers to give advice and suggestions in teaching research activities,promoting the development of teaching and research work.School reform can not be separated from school-based teaching research,and the research of primary school teachers' centralized assessment activities is the extension of school-based teaching research and the expansion of school education and teaching research.Based on grounded theory,this study selects two primary schools for grounded research,and through observing the activities of centralized assessment and interviews with teachers,collects and encodes the data,it is found that there are four types of centralized assessment activities for primary school teachers,namely,centralized assessment activities for display class,centralized assessment activities for comparison class for young teachers,centralized assessment activities for regular class and centralized assessment activities for experts,through the analysis of teachers' silence and advice in these four activities,the following conclusions are drawn: When Primary School Teachers Participate in the activities,the suggestions of Grade Group leaders are more than teachers,and the suggestions of old teachers are more than young teachers;There are three kinds of teacher's silence behavior,two kinds of teacher's advice behavior,different performance of teacher's silence in four kinds of centralized assessment activities,and the content of Teacher's advice in centralized assessment class includes four aspects The reasons that affect the silence and advice of primary school teachers are school,organization and individual teachers,among which the individual teachers are the main factors,and there are three ways to change silence and two ways to change advice.It is found that the silence and advice of primary school teachers in the centralized assessment activities is a teacher's cognitive process,which is also influenced by the preparation of teachers before the centralized assessment activities,the consideration of participating in the centralized assessment activities and the effect of the centralized assessment classes,this will influence the teacher to make thedifferent behavior and the transformation between the behavior in the concentrated assessment activity.Based on this,the primary school teachers to reflect on the activities of centralized assessment.Teachers should set up a correct attitude,set down practical objectives,take the initiative to learn and improve their ability to evaluate lessons,and schools should strengthen supervision,attach importance to centralized evaluation,and attach importance to culture The organization should have the goal of correspondence and teacher development,build the platform of communication and dialogue,and construct the feedback incentive mechanism.Let the teacher think positively and speak freely in the concentrated assessment class. |
