Since the "disciplinary education value" was put forward,the academic field has gradually strengthened the relevant research force on the value of disciplinary education,and has achieved many results,while the research on the value of small learning to educate people is relatively small.Lack of in-depth research on value,the realization of the value of small learning to educate people is not clear,and the guarantee mechanism of the value of small learning to educate people needs to be further improved.Therefore,in order to show the realization of the value of small learning to educate people,a series of issues about small learning to educate people are worth exploring.This article is based on existing research results such as the value of education,the value of education in elementary school Chinese language,and the value of learning and training mentioned in the literature.It comprehensively uses the literature method,case study method,and experience summary method to examine the value of discipline education.Progress,sorting out the problems in the teaching of small learning books and other existing studies on small learning books,thinking logically as much as possible about the realization of the value of educating people in small learning books.The specific content includes the following aspects:First,an overview of the value realization of educating people.The value of educating people through small learning means that the teaching activities of small learning as a whole meet the development needs of all students.At the same time,the value of educating people through small learning is classified and analyzed from the aspects of comprehensive education,experiential education,and communication education.Secondly,the factors of the realization of the value of small learning and educating people.The subject of primary school Chinese itself has educational value.Through reasonable excavation and creation,it analyzes the subjective and objective factors that affect the realization of the educational value of small learning,and explores the process of achieving the educational value of small learning.Third,the problem of the way and guarantee mechanism for the realization of the value of educating people.From the perspective of social security,it is necessary to tap the value of small learning and educating people,promote the creation of teaching and educating people through government and communities,and guide the realization of the value of educating and educating small students.From the perspective of school security,the school is the main front to realize the value of teaching and educating people.It can carry out various forms of research,practice and other activities in a planned way to allow students to experience life.Let students enrich their life experiences in the context of experience.From the perspective of individual security,by giving full play to the role of family and self-education,the individual is encouraged to internalize the heart and externalize the line,form good reading and writing habits,and promote the realization of the value of small learning and educating people.
