Analysis Of Influencing Factors And Countermeasures On The Teaching Ability Of School Football Coaches In Huainan City

School Football is an important policy for the our country's football cause.Whether school football can have a continuous development depends on many factors.Grass-root football is the blood of football,and coaches,as an important part of this cause,has an enduring influence on China's football cause development."Football should be trained from childhood",so the prosper of it can not be seen without hard work of the grass-root coaches.Students are the main body of school football,thus the focus of football teaching and training is on their coaches.The professional skill of coaches affects students' overall football ability and skills,which determines the overall development process of school football.In order to understand more accurately the factors that affect the development of the ability of school football coaches in Huainan,Anhui province,so as to put forward effective suggestions to promote these coaches' capability,the author,has carried out random investigations on some football coaches in 33 special football schools as well as pupils and middle school students from 12 schools.By using questionnaire,logical analysis and mathematical statistics,and with the method of literature review,expert interview and field survey,the author has drawn the following conclusions:The overall atmosphere of school football in Huainan city,Anhui province is good.However,a majority of coaches are in very low professional titles,few of them with senior titles,and few having a bachelor's degree or a high one.Most school administrators attach great importance to school football,but there are still some didn't.Most of the football coaches in this area are supportive and positive towards the development of school football,as schools have sufficient equipment and facilities.But their satisfaction of the training and learning activities organized by school are not so high.The grass-root school football coaches cannot have a profound understanding of relevant policies,some of whom are even not capable enough to be football coaches.Moreover,schools,coaches and society lack adequate cooperation.The frequency of football competitions held by schools are not enough.Some schools even fail to arrange for one football class once a week.In Huainan city,Anhui province,though activities held by school football coaches are various,inter-school competitions are rare.Coaches still need to improve their professional skill;their awareness of popularizing school football is not in place,and there arise some problems such as lacking support from students' parents.Through investigation and analysis,the author thinks that the There are many factors affecting the development of campus football coaches' teaching ability level in Huainan,Anhui province.There still exist many problems in coaches,such as coaches' own professional capability,their shallow understanding of and not enough attention to school football,poor engagement in organizing games and cooperation with other colleagues,as well as inadequate training and learning.This paper,from an objective standpoint,the author tries to understand the factors that affect the development of school football coaches in Huainan city,Anhui province and the existing problems,and puts forward corresponding strategies and Suggestions,earnestly trying to make contributions to the development of school football of this place.
