The employment transition service is an important contribution to the integration of children with developmental disabilities into mainstream society and can effectively address the current low employment rate of children with developmental disabilities.By taking F private special education institutions as the starting point,the present situation of employment transition service for children with developmental disorders is revealed.It provides a good reference for the development and reform of most charitable private special education institutions in China,further guides the public to pay attention to the employment of children with developmental disorders,and provides a realistic basis for the construction of a more sound employment transition service system for children with developmental disorders.Based on the case study method,this paper selected the special education institution of Lanzhou F as the research object.By means of a series of interview outlines,we conducted in-depth interviews with children with developmental disabilities,parents of children,leaders of institutions,teachers of institutions and other service personnel.Data collected by video,pictures,interview questionnaires and other data into the software NVivo12,strictly in accordance with the qualitative research data analysis of the three-level coding procedures,through the analysis of the text of their own emerging topics to form open coding,and will be A similar topic in open coding is summarized,summarized and clustered to form a spindle code.Finally,the spindle code is compared,summarized and analyzed to form a selective code,forming the status quo of employment transition service for children with developmental disabilities in F special education institutions.According to the results of this study,the employment transition service for children with developmental disabilities in F institutions is divided into three stages: the preparation stage includes preparation work,team building,attitude survey,transition evaluation,transition meeting and transition service plan;the service stage includes service implementation,service effect,service testing and plan revision;and the tracking stage includes employment placement and tracking guidance.The difficulties of employment transition service for children with F developmental disorders include children's weak ability,parents' awareness,limited teachers' level,insufficient institutional funds,scarce personnel support,low social acceptance and imperfectpolicies and regulations.Therefore,it is proposed to strengthen children's skills training,cultivate parents' awareness of employment,improve teachers' professional level,broaden funding channels,attach importance to the participation of service personnel,create a good social atmosphere and perfect policies and regulations.
