"Heterogeneous in the same class" is a kind of teaching and research activity in primary and middle schools to improve classroom teaching based on teaching case."Same" means the same subject,the same course content,and even the same teacher;"heterogeneous" is designed based on different teaching ideas,concepts,understanding of teaching,and consideration of various factors."Heterogeneous in the same class" refers to the same teacher or different teachers through the interpretation of textbooks,according to the students 'different understanding,the interpretation of the textbook writers and the researchers' suggestions,etc,and the same teaching content is designed,grind and teaching."Heterogeneous in the same class" plays an increasingly important role in teaching research.Teachers seek to diversify teaching that suits students' learning needs by heterogeneous "same-class",thereby promoting the continuous improvement of classroom teaching.At the same time,it can also improve teachers' teaching level and ability in this process,sum up teaching experience,and gain professional growth in specific teaching practice."Heterogeneous in the same class" is originally a teaching and research activity to help teachers improve classroom teaching,but currently such teaching and research activities have been alienated into teaching display and even competition activities,and their existence and true value have been ignored.Faced with the current situation of classroom teaching improvement,it is necessary to recognize the essence of "heterogeneous in the same class",clarify the existence value and significance of "heterogeneous in the same class",and explore "heterogeneous in the same class" to promote teachers to improve classroom teaching and research.And in what ways does "heterogeneous in the same class" promote teachers to improve classroom teaching? What are the specific factors of "heterogeneous in the same class" to promote teachers to improve classroom teaching?How does "heterogeneous in the same class" effectively promote teachers to improveclassroom teaching? These questions also require in-depth research and answers.Therefore,this research collects and combs the relevant research literature of "heterogeneous in the same class",and analyzes and summarizes the organization form and general implementation process of "heterogeneous in the same class".In the early stage of the investigation,the questionnaire was used to understand the basic situation of "heterogeneous in the same class" to promote teachers' classroom teaching improvement,and then use participatory observation to enter Y primary school for in-depth investigation and research.Conduct semi-structured interviews to dig deeper and analyze the researched issues,and at the same time collect teaching courses and physical information of different disciplines during the investigation process as supplementary materials for the investigation and research.This study summarizes the four organization forms and three operating modes of the "heterogeneous in the same class" of the case school through the review of the literature,and participatory observation and interviews,and concludes the "same class" by participating in different activities of the case school The implementation process of "heterogeneous" mainly includes planning and preparation,classroom implementation and observation,teaching discussion and evaluation.On the basis of participating in different subjects and different forms of "heterogeneous in the same class" teaching and research activities in the Y primary school,through combing and analysis,the effectiveness of "heterogeneous in the same class" in promoting teacher classroom teaching improvement was extracted,mainly reflected in The identification and understanding of "heterogeneous in the same class",the positive effect of "heterogeneous in the same class" to promote teachers' classroom teaching and the comparison of differences.At the same time,it also deeply analyzes the influencing factors of "heterogeneous in the same class" to promote teachers to improve classroom teaching,mainly including teachers 'cognition and understanding of students,teachers' teaching concepts and curriculum awareness,teachers 'learning and reflection awareness,teachers' teaching process complexity,teachers 'understanding and positioning of "heterogeneous in the same class",and the organization strategy of "heterogeneous in the same class".Finally,corresponding suggestions are given for the problems and influencing factors of "heterogeneous in the same class" to promote teachers to improve classroom teaching.
