Study On The Survival Status And Career Development Of Swimming Coaches In Nanjing Fitness Club

With the development of our country's economy and the continuous improvement of people's living standard,people's health consciousness is becoming more and more strong,the choice of scientific and appropriate fitness way is favored by many fitness enthusiasts.Fitness to pay have guidance and not pay two ways,in recent years,as people appeal strongly to people's health,the pursuit of science fitness,paid guide way of health is becoming more and more accepted by people,swimming is a special fitness,with its good fitness effect to make the first selection of a lot of fitness enthusiasts,in addition,swimming compared with other fitness programs,high technical requirements,and has certain security hidden danger,the amateur swimming coaches are in such a background of the new group.This paper USES the questionnaire survey method,mathematical statistics,logic analysis and interview method,such as research methods,the survival state of the fitness club swimming coaches in nanjing city as the research object,and career development survey of 200 swimming coaches,from the working conditions,living conditions,career planning and the dimensions such as social security analysis,to explore the status of survival and career development.the results showed that: 1,nanjing fitness club swimming coaches predominantly male,age between 20-35 years old,mainly presents the younger trend;The educational background is mainly distributed in undergraduate students and college students,with a small number of graduate students.Overall,they have received good professional training,which reflects that swimming coaches of nanjing fitness club have a high professional level.This research result indicates that the development prospect of swimming fitness guidance industry is positive.2.From the perspective of the working status,the working years of swimming coaches in nanjing fitness club are short,with less teaching experience,greater work intensity,less willingness to work,no strict access system,and uneven quality of personnel.3.From the perspective of survival status,swimming coaches in nanjing fitness club have great life pressure,and their salary is based on the basic salary plus the commission of class fees.Their income is greatly affected by the season,with low total income,high living cost,poor living conditions,less entertainment and leisure time,low sense of happiness and lack of security.4.From the perspective of career development,swimming coaches in nanjing fitness club have little vocational training,poor cognition of re-education,and easy to be satisfied with the status quo.They have a large turnover of staff and unclear career planning,and few opportunities to improve themselves.5.From the perspective of social security,the income gap of swimming coaches in nanjing fitness club is large,the implementation of social security welfare measures is not in place,and the phenomenon of wage arrears occurs from time to time.6.In terms of significant correlation,the age,education background,working years and income of swimming coaches in nanjing fitness club are positively correlated with their work,life satisfaction,career prospects and social status,and they are highly correlatedSuggestions: 1.Improve the industry treatment,and encourage college students and graduates to participate;2.Set up strict access system,regularly strengthen professional ability training,and establish corresponding standards among clubs by establishing industry associations;3,set up reasonable salary system,meet the corresponding requirements of coaches,improve the satisfaction of the coaches 4,pay attention to the re-education of coaches,to strengthen the training of coaches,update knowledge system 5,the relevant departments shall establish perfect social security system,to ensure the coaches can enjoy corresponding welfare policy 6,organize regular team building,cultivate team spirit and corporate culture.
