| Employment is an important way for people with intellectual disabilities to integrate into society and gain self-identity and social identity.And vocational education can help people with intellectual disabilities acquire vocational skills and promote their employment opportunities.However,due to the problems of cognition,work organization and learning motivation,students with mental retardation have difficulties in learning catering service skills.The advantage perspective provides a broader perspective and ideas for the study of catering service skills for students with intellectual disability.At the same time,the self-instruction teaching scheme under the advantage perspective fits the characteristics of the intellectually disabled.The purpose of this study is to integrate the theory of dominance perspective into the teaching of catering service skills for high-school students with moderate intellectual disability,and to use self-instruction teaching scheme as the main teaching scheme,Summarize the principles,steps and effects of self-instruction teaching scheme implementation during the intervention process.In this study,a single subject experimental method is used to design a multi behavior detection system,A second-grade student with moderate intellectual disability from Senior was selected as the subject.The independent variable is a self-instruction teaching scheme from the perspective of advantage,and the dependent variable is the correct completion rate of the three target skill continuity actions of thecatering service.After the experimental treatment of subjects in the baseline period(A),intervention period(B),maintenance period(C)and generalization period(M),use the improvement rate difference,visual analysis,and C statistics to analyze the data,and combine the teaching feedback from parents and teachers to establish the social validity of this study.The results are as follows:(1)The self-instruction teaching scheme from the perspective of advantages has a good immediate effect on the improvement of the catering service skills of moderately retarded high school students;(2)The self-instruction teaching scheme from the perspective of advantages has a good maintenance effect on the improvement of the catering service skills of moderately retarded high school students;(3)The self-instruction teaching scheme from the perspective of advantage has a good generalization effect on the improvement of the catering service skills of moderately retarded high school students;(4)The self-instruction teaching scheme from the perspective of advantages has a good social validity for the improvement of the catering service skills of moderately retarded high school students;This study will discuss the construction of the catering service skills support network,the design of self-instruction teaching schemes,the implementation of teaching,and the teaching effect from the perspective of advantages.Summarize the guiding significance of the superior perspective theory to the subject catering service skills teaching,the problems and solutions encountered in the design and implementation of self-instruction teaching schemes,the research objects and the limitations of the research target skills selection.Finally,combined with the results of the study,the researcher gives suggestions on the use of the advantage perspective,the adjustment and application of the self-instruction teaching scheme,and the research categorization. |
