Situation is the necessary environment for students to learn.Contemporary education creates different learning conditions for students through different situations,leads students to understand various scientific spirit while pursuing results,helps students to accumulate knowledge and make them bear social responsibility bravely,arouses contemporary students' love for life,science and society in heavy learning life.In today's geographical teaching environment,the development of situational teaching is firmly rooted in the soil of contemporary pedagogy and educational psychology,and has the theoretical basis of geographical teaching theory and new curriculum reform.It not only connects the basic knowledge required by the new curriculum standard in a meaningful way,but also stimulates the students' enthusiasm for daily life and the yearning for a better situation.While building the environment,it uses all the positive elements in the environment to awaken the students' potential emotions,stimulate everyone's individual views on the environment and events,fully respect the students' individual differences,and let the geography class complete the basic teaching At the same time,it can help students to have independent personality,understand the world,explore knowledge and love life.In the traditional teaching,we use the instillation method taught by teachers to let students become the embellishment of the classroom.In the course of class,most of the situations constructed by teachers are self-centered,and the operation of the whole situation excludes students.In the rigid teaching process,the enthusiasm of students' active input and the intention to participate in the classroom are erased and they are used to it.According to the new requirements of the new curriculum reform for geographyteachers,the combination of situational teaching and other teaching methods has been fully applied in the high school classroom.The majority of teachers have carried out multiple classroom practice around the situational teaching method.Therefore,this paper starts to explore the adaptability of situational teaching method to high school geography classroom.Using observation method,literature method,case analysis method,questionnaire survey method,while explaining the relevant teaching concepts,this paper analyzes the classification,characteristics and current situation of situational teaching,and puts forward the direction of efforts for the problems encountered in the grafting of situational teaching method with geography classroom,and finally summarizes the prospect and promotion direction of this teaching method.The first and second chapters summarize the writing basis of the article through the research background,research significance,brief introduction of research methods and research status at home and abroad;the third chapter introduces the related concepts and theoretical support of situational teaching;the fourth chapter briefly introduces the classification of situational use in today's geography classroom;the fifth chapter analyzes and proves the necessity and advantages of situational teaching with classroom examples In the sixth chapter,the author uses case analysis to analyze the application and limitations of situational teaching in the current classroom;in the seventh chapter,the author uses questionnaire survey to get feedback on the current situation of situational teaching in regional geography classroom and analyze its development strategies;finally,the author summarizes the conclusions in the eighth chapter.
