Research On The Strategic Investment Of Parivate Capital Entering Public Schools

The issue of private capital investment in public schools is a problem with Chinese characteristics in the context of China's new private education promotion law.With the gradual expansion of the policy dividend in recent years and people's expectations for improving education,many regions have begun to introduce private capital into public schools to revitalize the local education market,and many education groups that have entered the maturity stage of enterprises also need to implement industrial expansion.Or enterprise transformation and upgrading to adapt to changes in the times.At present,domestic and foreign research on private capital investment companies is relatively mature,but on the issue of private capital investment in public schools,scholars' research is mostly at the stage of paying attention to the feasibility of a policy.By combing the literature and related theories,we can find that private capital entering public schools is only suitable for strategic investment rather than financial investment.However,there is no perfect conclusion on the theoretical research on private capital entering public schools.Therefore,this article starts with the theoretical research on the strategic investment of private capital in public schools.By combining the characteristics of ordinary private enterprises investing in public schools,the option game theory and the "methods" of strategic investment in the strategic investment science by professors Smit and Trigeorgis of the United States are used.The principle of the framework outlines the capabilities,value drivers and investment principles that private capital should have for strategic investment in public schools.In order to fully illustrate the feasibility of this theoretical study,the case of YC Group investing in K school was introduced.Through in-depth analysis of various aspects of the case,it can be seen that YC Group has clear strategic goals and various elements of strategic investment.It is necessary and capable to carry out Strategic investment,its investment is essentially a strategic investment activity,but the investor's insufficient understanding of strategic investment and improper use of strategic investment methods have led to an impasse in investment activities.Next,for the purpose of resolving the YC Group's investment deadlock,using the previous theoretical research results of private enterprises entering strategic investment in public schools,the direction of YC Group's investment in K schools was pointed out,and the expected effect of this channel was predicted and evaluated.The investment deadlock Can be resolved,and can bring greater value to the investment.The cases studied in this article are representative in the context of the current era,and the analysis ideas and conclusions in this article can provide a large reference value for this type of enterprise investment.
