As a vulnerable group among teenagers,keeping a good mental resilience level is an important guarantee for their healthy growth and social adaptation.Studies in recent years have found that psychological resilience of adolescents can be improved through intervention.Based on the theory of mental toughness and left-behind children related research,to discuss the influence of football lesson on rural left-behind children,in the adolescent mental resilience scale for measuring tool,combined with the national youth campus football model lesson lesson plans,writing in order to improve the level of adolescent mental toughness football lesson teaching plan,for the purpose of a rural primary school left-behind children in QuanZhou,football sports intervention designed to explore the football lessons to improve the effect of rural left-behind children mental toughness and impact.In QuanZhou city,a primary school grade five screening after 41 left-behind children as the research object,USES the literature material method,experimental method,mathematical statistics and other research methods,the subjects were divided into experimental group(20)and the control group(21),all the participants to intervene in the original class unit,used by football class exercise intervention,control group for regular physical education teaching,using independent sample T test and repeated measurement analysis method to analyze the experimental data,and to explore the experimental group and control group after 8 weeks of children mental toughness level difference.The following results were obtained after the experiment.(1)there was a significant difference in the level of psychological resilience in the experimental group after the implementation of football lesson sports intervention;(2)in the control group,there was no significant difference in psychological resilience after routine physical education.
