Since the 1990 s,large-scale inter-university integration began to appear and continues to the present time.G schools and D schools studied in this paper,which were promoted by the government,initiated integration in 2013 and completed preliminary integration by 2017.Through integration,the scope of the two schools has been expanded,the comprehensive ability of disciplines has been improved,and at the same time,because of the initial mismanagement,there are some problems,especially in the management of human resources integration,which affects the full play of the efficiency of integration.This paper takes the human resource management after the integration of G school and D school as a case,focuses on the teaching staff,draws lessons from the theory of strategic human resource management,the theory of demand hierarchy,the theory of fairness and the theory of double factors,and uses the literature research method,questionnaire survey method and interview method to study the integrated management of human resources in the early stage of the merger of the two schools.Through practical investigation and interview,it is found that in the early stage of the merger,the uneven allocation of human resources,the incomplete planning of human resources integration and the neglect of cultural identity management are the main problems in the process of human resources integration.A lack of management,weak integration of human resources,the two schools are not closely linked to the discipline,and the lack of willingness to integrate D schools.On the basis of the current situation and problems of the integration of D schools and G schools,this study puts forward that in promoting the integration and management of human resources of D schools into G schools,we should give full play to the leading role of government departments,adjust the discipline setting,optimize the allocation of human resources,strengthen the overall management of human resources,improve the integrated management of traditional human resources,and pay attention to the cultural identity management of human resources.
