Based on the background of China's economy changing from high speed growth to high quality development stage," high quality "has become an important task in the development of vocational education in China,and is a key measure to speed up the structural reform on the supply side of human resources in the new period.The training mode of half-work and half-reading promotes the quality of vocational education.In the face of fierce internatonal competition and the contradiction between the number and structure of high-level technical and skilled talents in China and meeting the market demand is constantly intensifying.In March 2019,Prime Minister Li Keqiang,in his government work report,proposed to encourage more senior high school graduates,retired soldiers,laid-off workers and migrant workers to apply for higher vocational colleges,expanding the enrollment by 1 million this year.In the same year,on December 25 th,the General Office of the Ministry of Education issued "On doing a good job in the management of higher vocational education and teaching after the expansion of enrollment Guidance,pointed out that "encourage the implementation of flexible and diversified teaching mode,can implement flexible learning ",in the face of higher vocational enrollment expansion brought about by the diversification of students,teaching practice,management dynamics and other issues,we adopt flexible school system and credit system,the implementation of half-time half-study training model is in line with the current trend of vocational education development in China.It is of practical significance to better solve the problems caused by the expansion of enrollment and to train more highly skilled talents for the society.On the basis of combing the relevant literature of the half-work and half-reading training mode,this paper expounds the connotation and advantages of the half-work and half-reading training mode under the guidance of Huang Yanpei's vocational education thought,experiential learning theory and Barnard's systematic organization theory,analyzes the historical process of the half-work and half-readingtraining mode in China since the founding of New China in 1970 s,and compares the half-work and half-reading education implemented in in the 1950 s and 1960 s with the present half-work training mode of vocational education for better reference.Then through the questionnaire survey of the students and teachers of two vocational colleges in Kunming,the results of the questionnaire analysis and on the basis of in-depth analysis of China's vocational The present situation of education half-work half-reading training mode.On the basis of historical review and current situation analysis,the problems and causes of semi-working and semi-reading culture mode are summarized.Among them,the first part of the —— problems,respectively from the school,enterprises,students to discuss the three dimensions: school and enterprise cooperation needs to be deepened,curriculum is not reasonable,teaching methods are not innovative enough,there are weak links in student management,evaluation system is not perfect;low enthusiasm for enterprise participation,supervision of practice is not in place;students lack of professional literacy,difficult to adapt to role change,lack of hands-on ability and resistance to work.Article 3 communication;Students strengthen self-management and play two roles well.
