Questioning is an important means of organizing teaching activities and the main way of interaction between teachers and children.Especially in kindergarten picture book teaching activities,the quality of questioning directly affects the teaching effect.Teachers stimulate children's interest in reading by asking questions,fully understand the story content,feel the beauty of picture books,and improve children's language expression,creativity and thinking ability.Picture books can effectively promote the development of children's language ability,imagination and thinking ability by using vivid pictures and clever details to express easy-to-understand topics,which is conducive to children's experience of positive emotions and social development.In practice,the author found that many teachers in the picture book teaching activities,especially in the process of no word picture book teaching,there are many problems.This study selected a kindergarten of large section 18 no words of Baoding city picture book teaching activities of the present situation of teacher questions as the research content,through the observation and interview method,case analysis,from the number of questions,the types of questions,questions object,wait a time and teachers such as a way for observation,analysis,and find no word picture book teaching activities in kindergarten taipans teacher questions existing problems,and analysis the reason and puts forward Suggestions for improvement.According to the observation and interview,the following problems are found:(1)the quantity of teachers' questions is large and the quality is low;(2)more random,less planned questions;(3)insufficient problem types;(4)there are problems in the content of the teacher's questions:the teacher's questions deviate from the content of the picture,lack of attention to the details of the picture,and ignore the questions about the elements of the picture book;(5)shorter waiting time;(6)The question object is less universal and biased;(7)teachershave a single way of answering questions.Through the research,it is found that teachers' teaching concept,teaching quality,teaching content of picture books,class size and teachers' own characteristics influence teachers' questioning level.According to the current situation of teachers' questioning and the factors affecting the level of teachers' questioning,the following improvement measures are put forward;(1)teachers update the concept of questioning;(2)improve the professional quality of teachers;(3)strengthen kindergarten-based teaching and research,and improve the teaching ability of teachers without picture books.
