In order to gain a deeper understanding of the status quo of preschool education teachers' psychological literacy,and provide valuable reference for the country,government,schools and teachers,the author refers to the Nanchang University master's thesis "Study on the status quo of the psychology literacy of the middle school class teacher" On the basis of this,the "Preliminary Questionnaire on Psychological Literacy of Preschool Education Teachers" was compiled.A questionnaire survey was conducted for 13 target kindergartens in Hetang District of Zhuzhou City,and a pair of 6 directors and 6 preschool teachers were randomly selected.An interview.The survey results show that the psychological literacy level of some preschool education teachers in Hetang District of Zhuzhou City is generally higher,but it still needs to be improved.In terms of demographic variables,preschool education teachers in teachers' colleges have higher psychological literacy than non-teachers.Preschool education teachers have higher psychological literacy than preschool teachers.The psychology literacy of pre-school teachers is higher than that of academics and other pre-school teachers;the longer the pre-school education teachers,the stronger the practical skills of pre-school teachers;the pre-school education teachers with middle and senior professional titles have higher psychological literacy than junior and other levels.Preschool education teacher.In this regard,the author provides countermeasures and suggestions for improving the psychological quality of preschool teachers from the aspects of preschool education teachers who have the importance of psychological literacy and perfect the training mechanism of preschool teachers.
