| Since the 21 st century,the concept of talent cultivation has become more and more focused on the comprehensive and sustainable development of people.School physical education learning has laid the foundation for students' lifelong physical education.Lifelong sports is an important guarantee for the healthy development of human beings,and it is also an inevitable requirement for the comprehensive development of human beings.It also determines that college physical education cannot ignore the particularity of the students' own development and the appropriateness of physical exercise.Colleges and universities are the junction of students from school to society and the last stop of the direct role of school physical education.To allow students to participate in sports for life,enjoy sports for life,and benefit from sports for life,sports learning in this period is a golden period for imparting sports knowledge,mastering sports skills,acquiring sports habits,and initially forming the values of lifelong sports.By studying the current situation of college students' physical learning and exercise,subjective orientation characteristics,and understanding how to motivate them to regularly participate in physical exercise and participate in lifelong physical learning,this requires us to pay close attention to their attitudes,habits and abilities in physical education.For different types of students,through full investigation,discussion and practice,the ideas and methods obtained by analysis will further promote students to improve their will quality,unity and collaboration ability,communication ability,stress resistance ability,organization through effective physical education.ability.To this end,this study uses literature data method,questionnaire survey method,field survey method,interview method,logical analysis method and other research methods to investigate and analyze the current status and orientation characteristics of sports learning of design majors in Sichuan Normal University,and proposes Countermeasures and suggestions.The full text research is divided into five parts: introduction,literature review at home and abroad,research objects and methods,research results and analysis,conclusions and recommendations.In the introductory part,the research background and research significance are expounded,and the importance of sports learning orientation characteristics for students majoring in design is analyzed.Secondly,by analyzing the domestic and foreign scholars' research on sports learning related theories,the current academic research status and existing problems of sports learning are analyzed.In the research object and method part,taking the design students of Sichuan Normal University as the research object and combining the characteristics of the design students,the research idea of this article is formed.In the research results and analysis,through questionnaire surveys and interview data,a detailed analysis of the learning situation of students majoring in design in physical education courses was conducted,from the students' cognition and attitude towards physical education,the status and orientation of students' participation in sports learning sports projects 1.The current status and orientation of the frequency of student participation in physical exercise,the characteristics and orientation of students' motivation in participating in physical learning,and the value orientation of students' moral education in participating in physical learning Further research puts forward the guidance and training strategies of sports learning for design majors,from the cultivation of independent learning ability in sports curriculum teaching,the cultivation of sports learning strategies and planning ability in sports curriculum teaching,and the creation of a diverse sports learning and education environment on campus,Building a diversified sports learning model on campus.In the conclusions and suggestions,it further clarified the important role of the orientation of physical education in physical learning for students majoring in design,and accordingly proposed effective methods and suggestions to enhance the enthusiasm of students in physical learning. |
