Research On The Application Of High Foot Racing In High School Physical Education Teaching

For a long time,due to the influence of school sports and competitive sports,most of the sports courses in high school in our country are mainly sports events.Physical education teaching from the content of the skill learning to venues and equipment configuration specifications,athletic and into western standard,few considering that most of the students'interest in learning,requirements,and accept ability.Relative majority of competitive sports,high racing sports as a traditional sports project,is the collection fitness,sports,entertainment,performance[1],and will not accept the restriction of sports venues and equipment conditions,conducive to broad,deep in ethnic minority areas,and often play in the recess of project,introduce the traditional popular with the students of the national project,in high school sports course not only supplement and development of the high school stage of school physical education teaching contents,also the inheritance and development of traditional sports culture has a very important role in^[2].This topic the first high school,senior high school campus in Zhu Ma Dian two natural classes students as the research object,USES the literature material law,questionnaire investigation,methods of teaching experiment,the application of the foot racing sports teaching in high school to make analysis and research,including research and experimental research of two parts,study mainly expounds the experimental high school students before the cognition of the foot racing sports,to participate,etc.,and after the experiment of experimental classes of students about high satisfaction with racing sports as a physical education teaching contents of physical education to investigate.After investigation and analysis of available:most students don't know the foot racing sports.wanting students understanding of the foot racing route,part of the students understanding of the foot racing way is confined to the network and game and so on.although students according to the survey of high don't know much about the racing sport,but for high racing sports,most of the students are willing to take part in the foot racing sports experimental classes of students after the experiment for the foot racing physical satisfaction survey,the majority of students satisfied with the foot racing sports class.Experiment part is high racing the national traditional sports into the high school physical education teaching,through the 12 week high of racing physical education teaching experiment concluded that the foot racing physical education on the improvement of students'body quality compared with the traditional physical education is more significant effect of the improvement of students'physical quality,thus it is concluded that high racing as traditional sports project to improve the quality of the teaching of high school physical education has obvious promoting effect,and suitable to promote in the high school stage of school physical education.
