| Academic self-handicapping refers to the students in the context of academic achievement,to make your self-worth is not damaged,and any advance can increase will fail reason externalization way of strategy.A two stage is the high students' academic self-handicapping,a large number of studies have found that long-term use of academic self-handicapping strategies will have great negative effects on student achievement,and will hurt the students' mental health.So to find effective measures to reduce the academic self-handicapping,for students' future development has a strong influence and psychological well-being.Existing research shows that high school students of self-acceptance can significantly negative predict academic self-handicapping and its two dimensions;Self-efficacy can significantly negative predict academic self-handicapping and its two dimensions;Attribution and academic self-handicapping and its two dimensions there were extremely significant positive correlation,it also has a significant direct effect on academic self-handicapping,namely when individuals may face failure,people with high academic self-handicapping externalization may be the cause of the failure in advance.Based on this,this study will self-acceptance,self-efficacy,attribution as reduce students' academic self-handicapping group counseling intervention,so as to explore the effectiveness of group counseling intervention.This research includes two parts: 1,study one using the middle school students' academic self-handicapping questionnaire on 900 high school students' academic self-handicapping situation investigation,in order to understand the current situation of high school students currently used academic self-handicapping;2,in a study based on the results of a survey,select 30 academic self-handicapping students,it can be divided into the experimental group and control group,8 times on experimental group guidance.At the end of the group guidance for the experimental group and the control group before and after the academic self test for statistical,tracking test scores,respectively,to see whether the group counseling can effectively reduce the high grade students of academic self-handicapping.Research results:1、 male and female students in academic self-handicapping points exist significant difference on total score and dimensions.2、Group of academic self-handicapping before and after test score and dimensions have significant differences.3、After a group of academic self-handicapping,tracking measurement of total score and dimensions have significant differences.4、After the experimental group and control group of academic self-handicapping measuring total score points and dimensions have significant differences.Thus draw the conclusion:1、 the boy in the academic self score and the use of dimension degree were higher than girls.2、 Effectively reduces the group guidance effect of high school students' academic self-handicapping level and time-delay,the group guidance scheme is practical,feasible and effective. |
