Study On International Quality Training Of Tourism Management Students In Ethnic Areas

The tourism resources of the ethnic region with the characteristic national culture,the beautiful ecological environment and the rural and rural features help the tourism of the ethnic region to flourish,and promote the rapid economic growth of the ethnic region,the contradiction between the international trend of tourism and the shortage of the professionals,and the development of the tourism in the minority region.At present,the "come in" of foreign tourists in the national area tourism scenic spot,the "Get out of here." of the tourism enterprises urgently need the vocational colleges to follow up the international tourism personnel training,however,the international construction of the tourism management of the vocational colleges is lagging,and the talent training and the realistic demand "contradiction between supply and demand" are highlighted.The integration of the international quality and the nation on the basis of the traditional tourism management personnel training The culture of culture has become the pressing issue of the tourism and the academic circle.On the basis of the theoretical analysis and the definition of the concept,this paper analyzes the structure of the international quality of the students in the national area based on the demand of the national area for the tourism management personnel with the international quality,and combines the "hierarchical progressive type" learning methods of the vocational colleges and universities.This paper points out the training path of the international quality of vocational colleges in three stages,and tries to study the construction of the tourism management of the vocational colleges and universities from the training target,the course system,the cultivation method and the teaching staff's four dimensions.This paper mainly uses the methods of literature research,investigation and research to sort out the international quality culture,the relevant theories and the literature at home and abroad,and sum up and draw on the research results of the scholars.To understand the current situation of the international quality of the students in the management of the school,and to use the focus group interview to interview the managers of the professional teachers,international exchanges and the teaching and administration departments of the college and the employing units of the industry.To understand the views of different subjects on the cultivation of the international quality of the students in the tourism management,the existing problems and the improvementmeasures,etc.Through a summary of the questionnaire and the focus group interview This paper analyzes and explains the current situation,problems and attribution of the international quality of the students in the vocational colleges and universities in the southeast of Guizhou.On the basis of defining the training target of the international quality,the author tries to put forward the cultivation of the international quality of the compulsory subject,and to improve the study requirements of the selected subjects.To speed up the international construction of the teaching material,to strengthen the foreign-related social practice and to open up the network course and so on,to provide reference for the training of the international quality of the students in the vocational colleges and universities in the minority areas.In the present study,the author puts forward the strategy of developing the international quality of the students from the macro point of view,and has few strategies to develop the international quality of a certain area or a specific specialty.In this paper,the research angle is focused on the national area and the tourism management,and the research angle is novel.The main conclusion is that the international quality of the students in the vocational colleges and universities in the minority areas has a wide target,the lack of international courses,the low international exchange and so on.Furthermore,it is proposed that vocational colleges should deconstruct the connotation of the international quality,clarify the training target,integrate the course into the teaching content of the internationalization,develop the local teacher training program,set up the network virtual curriculum and so on,and try to target the nation There are shortcomings and problems in regional vocational education to provide useful supplements and solutions.However,due to the limitation of time and energy,the sample coverage of research data still needs to be improved.
