Research On The Application And Effect Of Block Serve And Receive Serve Formation In Sitting Volleyball

Sitting volleyball,as a collective sports event for the disabled,originated in Europe and was loved by the majority of people with disabilities.It was listed as the official Paralympic Games in 1980.In 1999,a sports training center for the disabled was established in Shanghai,and a Shanghai men's sitting volleyball team was formed.The Shanghai men's sitting volleyball team has won several national disability championships and has maintained a high level in China.This article adopts research methods such as literature data method,video method,expert interview method,mathematical statistics method,combined with the 2018 sitting volleyball championship Shanghai and Zhejiang team video,and the coaches and related scientific researchers put forward in training and actual combat.Suggestions for improvement.Analyze and study the problems of the Shanghai team's blocking and receiving formations in the 2018 Championship,and develop targeted solutions.After combining the games of the Shanghai and Zhejiang teams in the 2019 National Games,the effect of blocking and receiving formations in actual combat will be compared with the 2018 championship.This concludes the advantages and disadvantages of the Shanghai team's use of blocking and receiving formations in the2019 National Games,so as to provide suggestions for improving the Shanghai team's use of formations in the future.The following conclusions were reached through research:1.The Shanghai team uses stop-and-receive formations to establish a stop-and-receive system.It is a systematic project that includes training preparation,pre-match arrangement,and use during the match.2.The establishment of the Shanghai team's stop-and-receive service system made the Shanghai team clarify the purpose of the serve,reduce the blindness and randomness of the serve,thereby suppressing the impact of the opponent's serve and improving the overall effect of the service..At the same time,the problem of "stuck round" in the tournament was solved.However,the game also showed that the player's stopping hand was not standard,and his fingers and wrists were weak.3.Under the circumstance that the receiving team's receiving effect has been improved,the success rate of the first attack has been improved.However,the first attack is too dependent on the strong attack,the fast attack is relatively small,and the type of attack is relatively single,which also reflects the unreasonable phenomenon of the second pass in the distribution of the first attack and poor execution.4.The Shanghai team's on-the-spot response capacity needs to be improved urgently,and the ability to control the rhythm of the game is not strong.The flexibility to change the tactical deployment according to the opponent's round changes needs to be further enhanced.
