Analysis Of 10 Years' Change Of Registered Population Of Chinese Skill Project

During the 64 years of development in China,the acrobatic gymnastics has gone through the process from glory to decline to rapid development.In the 2010 national acrobatic championship,only more than 30 people participated,and the number of athletes is not as large as the number of referees,based on this,in order to restore China's status as a world power in acrobatics,the gymnastics management center of the General Administration of sport of the people's Republic of China began to try the multiple mode development of acrobatics in 2010,and vigorously reform the main problems existing in the development of acrobatics before 2010,and carry out a series of reforms Action attempt.This paper takes the change of registered population of acrobatic gymnastics in recent 10 years as a breakthrough point,analyzes the quantity and quality of registered population,and tries to analyze the deep-seated causes of the change,so as to inject new impetus into the continuous reform of acrobatic gymnastics in China.In this paper,the methods of literature research,mathematical statistics,expert interviews and logical analysis are used to sort out the collected data.Through the research and analysis,the following conclusions are obtained:1 In terms of the number of registered athletes,the total number of registered athletes in China is increasing year by year.In 2019,the total number of registered athletes in China is 37 times larger than that 10 years ago.2 From the perspective of the characteristics of registered units,the number of registered units has increased from 7 in 2010 to 233 in 2019,and the types of registered units are also increasing.From the initial stage,only acrobatic professional teams are registered,to the middle stage,there are large and medium-sized schools joining in acrobatic gymnastics,and social clubs are also developing vigorously in the past two years.At present,the number of registered acrobatic gymnastics in China covers a fixed number of provinces Set at 24.3 From the perspective of the national acrobatic competition population,from 2010 to 2019,there are 1345 athletes participating in the competition,and the rising trend of the number of athletes is relatively stable;the area of provinces and cities covered by the acrobatic competition is gradually expanding,and in 2019;the types of participating units are more and more diverse and more and more participants,more athletes in the registered population can participate in the skill competition after completing the registration.4 From the perspective of the number of national skilled athletes awarded,in 2010,there were only 41 national skilled athletes,and by 2018,there were 426 athletes who won the title of skilled athletes.The total number of athletes increased about 10 times,among which the number of second-class athletes was the largest,accounting for 68.9%,The first level athletes take the second place,which shows that the registered athletes' technical level is constantly improving and they have certain technical training level.5 The main factors that cause the change of registered population of China's acrobatic events are: the proposal and implementation of the reform plan of the Gymnastics Center of the General Administration on the acrobatic events since 2010;organizing the events to build the event platform for China's acrobatic fans;the holding of the National Acrobatic training camp;and the development of various The promotion activities of acrobatic gymnastics,set up various characteristic parties and vigorously publicized acrobatic gymnastics,have achieved good results.Based on the current situation of the technical reform and development in the past 10 years,this paper puts forward the following suggestions for the further development of the technical projects in China: Strengthen the training of basic level skill project coaches,further strengthen the teaching staff of skill promotion;actively explore the promotion mode of skill project expert training team "peer to peer teaching",and systematically do a good job of skill resources suitable for promotion at all levels;further improve the national skill project event training system,and build more competition and training opportunities for skill lovers;and We will strengthen cooperation with the media,improve the official platform for national technical information.
