| The specialization of adaptive physical education teachers is the main development trend of adaptive physical education in today's world.However,the discipline construction,curriculum system,and personnel training of adaptive physical education in China are still based on the special education profession,which has not been Stripped out to form an independent discipline system.In view of this,this article deeply studies the basic theory and practice of European adaptive sports in the field of teacher specialization,and analyzes the practical gap between China and European countries in the field of adaptive sports teacher specialization.These can provide the development of China's adaptive sports teacher professionalization.Experience and use for reference to discuss the development path of adaptive physical education teachers in China.This article takes European adaptive physical education teacher specialization as the research object,and learns and draws on European adaptive physical education teacher's education theory.Use literature and other methods to study the policy background,training standards,and education system of European adaptive physical education teachers.This article is divided into six chapters.The first chapter mainly explains the research background and significance of this article and the status of professional development of adaptive physical education teachers at home and abroad.The second chapter outlines the policy background of European adaptive physical education teachers' specialization.The educational policy background,European special education policy background,and European inclusive education background are elaborated.The third chapter explains the basic theory of European adaptive sports professional training standards,mainly from school adaptive physical education and physical rehabilitation.Two aspects are explained;Chapter 4 systematically analyzes the education system of European adaptive physical education teachers and understands the pre-service and post-service training models of European adaptive physical education teachers;Chapter 5 introduces the professionalization of adaptive physical education teachers in China Status quo,influencing factors and enlightenment of professionalization of adaptive physical education teachers in China.After an in-depth analysis of the development status,laws and policies,interpretation of standards,and the education system of adaptive physical education teachers in Europe,the following conclusions were reached: European universities and colleges have established adaptive physical education majors,set up undergraduate,The integrated training mode for master's and doctoral programs covers various fields;students of adaptive sports majors have a longer internship time,and have implemented a "trinity" internship model and "one-on-one" instruction and teaching services from university-community-school;European countries have special adaptive physical education teacher qualification certificates and standardized forms of adaptive physical education teacher recruitment;European countries have given the greatest help to the social status and protection of persons with disabilities,and have special legislative bodies to protect the disabled Basic rights;the right to education of persons with disabilities in European countries is protected,and public infrastructures such as well-established communities,schools,hospitals,and welfare centers for persons with disabilities are protected,and social benefits and guarantees are equal to those of normal people.By analyzing the professionalization of adaptive physical education teachers in Europe,several suggestions are made for the development path of professional physical education teachers in China: improving the cognitive system of adaptive physical education in China;establishing the qualification certification system of adaptive physical education teachers in China;Improve the pre-service education model of adaptive physical education teachers in China;improve the continuous education model of adaptive physical education teachers in China. |
