With the promotion of reading for all,children's reading has attracted much attention from all walks of life,and reading promotion for young people has gradually become a social trend.Reading in elementary and middle schools is the foundation of reading for all,and is the key to promoting lifelong learning and building a learning society.The class book corner is closely related to the reading life of primary and secondary schools,especially primary school students,and is an important platform for primary and secondary school students to read massively.The construction of class book corner under the concept of subject reading is an important way to develop students' extracurricular reading.The class book corner under the concept of subject reading has the educational value of expanding students' reading horizon,promoting the transformation from teaching to education,realizing reading for all staff,and returning students as the main body of reading.However,how do teachers of first-line subjects construct class book corners in reality? Does the concept of disciplinary reading reflect in the construction of the book corner? Out of such doubts,this study visited twelve primary schools,through observation and investigation of the twelve schools,in order to understand the current situation of primary school class book corners,and to analyze the problems and deep layers in the construction of primary school class book corners with the concept of subject reading Reasons,and then put forward corresponding construction strategies.On the basis of systematically sorting out academic literature on extracurricular reading,subject reading and class book corner,this study clarifies the characteristics and value of class book corner under the concept of subject reading.Through the interviews of 18 subject teachers(including class teachers)and 14 students in twelve primary schools,as well as the analysis of the book resources of book corners in 100 classrooms,we can obtain first-hand information and understand the status of book corners in elementary school classes.The results show that the construction of the book corner of the primary school class does not reflect the concept of subject reading,and there are the following four problems: 1.The book resources are generally single and fail to reflect the diversity of disciplines;2.The book corner is seriously formalized and fails to Reflect the teaching auxiliary function;3.The main body of the reading activity fails to reflect the full staff of the reading body;4.The lack of guidance of the reading activity fails to stimulate students' interest in reading.In this regard,the author puts forward strategies for improving the construction of the book corner of elementary school classes from both theoretical and practical perspectives:One is to establish the concept of disciplinary reading and enhance the theoretical training of front-line educators,especially to deepen the understanding of the meaning of disciplinary reading concept and to deeply grasp the educational value of disciplinary reading;It is necessary to build a school-based environment for subject reading and lead the construction of class book corners,and to build a class environment for subject reading and implement the construction of class book corners.
