K12 online education is an online teaching activity for primary and secondary school students based on Internet information technology,it breaks the limitation of time and space, shortens the distance between students and teachers, and provides students with massive learning resources so that students can choose freely and learn independently and master the knowledge and skills they need and like.K12 online education can supplement or even replace the traditional means of education, and realize the fairness, customization and personalization of basic education. With the improvement of computer and network hardware facilities in China, more and more primary and secondary schools begin to try new online learning methods.However,K12 online education involves schools, teachers, students, parents, government education departments and many other subjects, with different demands, which restricts its comprehensive popularization. Therefore,it is necessary to study and explore the law of K12 online education being adopted, deeply understand it and improve the process of primary and secondary education informatization.Starting from the perspective of parents, the research constructs the model of urban family K12 online education adoption,it's based on the perceived value model(VAM)and the characteristics of K12 online education. The author integrate the theories of technology adoption, innovation diffusion and family education investment into the model, and conducts interviews and questionnaire surveys on Urban K12 families to empirically study their willingness to adopt and factors.Research shows that perceived value, social impact, parents' innovative awareness, parents' education level and family income significantly affect their willingness to adopt K12 online education, perceived usefulness, convenience and perceived risk(adaptive risk, function and service risk)indirectly affect their willingness through perceived value, while health risk, privacy risk, children's gender and children's school period have no direct or indirect impact on adoption intention. We can explore the law of K12 online education's diffusion and development in urban families through this research, and it enriches the application of perceptual value, innovation diffusion, technology adoption and other theories in the field of education. On the other hand,it is helpful for domestic education departments and K12 online education enterprises, which help them understand the needs of students and their Parents',develop better products, provide better services for them, and promote the sound and rapid development of K12 online education industry.
