Research shows that in the contemporary society,teaching students knowledge and skills through the school education to face the challenges after their graduation is not enough.How to cultivate students' ability to solve problems is the focus of education reform,naturally,we require a scientific and effective pattern of evaluation to test students' ability of solving problems.The PISA test focuses on examining the ability of students to use knowledge and skills to solve problems,so it provides a reference for the research direction of this article;the method of problem-solving psychology can refine the process of student problem-solving.The research method of problem-solving psychology can refine students' problem-solving process and the strategies used,which provide inspiration for the preparation of scientific test questions for evaluating problem-solving ability and how to formulate a propositional framework.This study focuses on the strategies and methods used by students to solve scientific inquiry problems.The main work includes:1.Based on problem solving psychology,analyze the process of students' solving scientific inquiry problems and the strategies and methods used in each step,establish a test frame to evaluate their problem solving ability,and compare it with the frame of 2015 PISA science questions.2.Analyze the PISA science questions with the newly established test question frame,try to analyze the characteristics of the test questions of PISA science,and provide inspiration for this research to develop the proposition model of exploratory questions.3.Compile questions based on the formulated framework,verify the consistency between the written test questions and the PISA science questions,and study the current situation of students' problem-solving ability.The research methods of this paper mainly include literature research method,case analysis method,questionnaire survey method and statistical analysis method.The conclusions of this study are as follows:1.Based on the analysis of the problem solving process,the specific steps in the solution process and the strategies used in each step were obtained,and the evaluation framework of the problem solving ability was obtained through combing.2.PISA science test framework stay on the overt behavior level of problem solving(describe the steps to be followed and the actions to be performed during problemsolving),proposition set by the framework,this study reveals the way through the experiment the internal mechanism to solve the problem of scientific inquiry(which links need to be experienced,and which strategies and methods need to be applied in each sub-link).3.It is found through analysis that the compilation of PISA science questions is mostly based on a complete solution process of exploratory questions.Therefore,in the process of solving PISA questions,each link has a good interdependent structure,and a new proposition model is put forward on this basis.
