The 21 st century is an era of innovation.In recent years,China has continuously launched important education documents,focusing on the cultivation of innovative talents and students' innovative literacy.As a practitioner and facilitator of teaching,teachers' innovative teaching behavior can not only stimulate students' interest in learning,improve the quality of classroom teaching,but also lead students to paying attention to innovative practice,so it is necessary to promote teachers' innovative teaching behavior.As an individual behavior,teachers' teaching innovation behavior is affected by the interaction of external environment and individual subjective factors.A school is the main place for teachers and students to teach and learn,so school climate may be an important external factor affecting teachers' innovative teaching behavior;at the same time,it is necessary to pay attention to the differences among teachers and teachers' achievement motivation since these factors may also affect their innovative teaching behavior.Therefore,if school administrators can understand the influence mechanism of these factors on teachers' innovative teaching behavior,they can take more targeted measures to promote teachers' innovative teaching behavior.Based on the theory of planned behaviour,achievement motivation theory and social cognitive theory,this study focuses on the primary school teachers,starts from the external factors of school climate,analyzes the current situation of school climate,teachers' achievement motivation and teachers' teaching innovation behavior,explores the influence of school climate on teachers' innovative teaching behavior,establishes the influence mechanism model of school climate and teachers' achievement motivation on teachers' innovative teaching behavior,and tests the mediating effect and degree of mediating effect of teachers' achievement motivation between school climate and teachers' innovative teaching behavior,and the personal factors and external organizational environment factors that affect teachers' teaching innovation behavior are explored.Combined with data analysis and interview data,the main findings are as follows: firstly,there are differences among different dimensions of teachers' innovative teaching behavior,where the innovation consciousness of teaching is comparatively weak;secondly,there are significant differences in teachers' achievement motivation and teaching innovation behavior in terms of teachers' background factors;thirdly,school climate and teachers' achievement motivation have significant influence on teachers' innovative teaching behavior;fourthly,there is a mediating effect of teachers' achievement motivation in terms of school climate and teachers' innovative teaching behavior.According to the above research findings,it is suggested that school administrators and teachers should pay attention to improving the awareness of teaching innovation,focus on team cooperation,strive to ensure the teaching efficiency,and stimulate different teachers' achievement motivation,so as to effectively promote teachers' innovative teaching behavior.
