Research On The Status Quo And Countermeasures Of Entrepreneurship Education For College Students

With the continuous deepening of the national education reform,the number of college graduates has only increased each year,which has led to increasing employment pressure for college students.The solution to the problem of student employment is already imminent.In order to actively respond to various national policies and calls for "mass entrepreneurship and innovation",colleges and universities have set up innovation and entrepreneurship bases,with a strong entrepreneurial atmosphere,and students have also chosen to embark on entrepreneurship.The old entrepreneurial education model has many problems in the cultivation of entrepreneurship education for college students,such as incomplete understanding of entrepreneurship education,deviations in entrepreneurial values,and poor psychological quality of entrepreneurship.Cultivating entrepreneurial psychological quality is an urgent problem that needs to be solved.Understanding the current status of entrepreneurship education for college students and using a variety of countermeasures to strengthen entrepreneurship education can promote the in-depth development of entrepreneurship education for college students in the country,while responding to national calls and advancing with the times.The first part of this article is an overview of entrepreneurship education for college students.This chapter combs the definition of entrepreneurship and entrepreneurship education,reveals the content of entrepreneurship education centered on cultivating entrepreneurial awareness,selecting entrepreneurial goals,improving entrepreneurial ability,and grasping entrepreneurial knowledge.The social value and individual value of entrepreneurship education for college students are discussed.The second part of this article is the basic situation of college students' entrepreneurship education survey.Firstly,the content of the questionnaire and the situation of the target were sorted out.Secondly,the results of the questionnaire survey on the four aspects of students' cognition of entrepreneurship education,campus entrepreneurship atmosphere,entrepreneurship curriculum and entrepreneurship education teachers are sorted out,and the survey data is organized into four aspects.The third part of this article is the current situation of entrepreneurship education for college students.By sorting out the questionnaire,it summarizes the achievements and existing problems of college students' entrepreneurship education,and the reasons for the existing problems.Students 'enthusiasm for entrepreneurship is high,and the content of education is innovative,but there are also problems such as weak awareness of entrepreneurship,insufficient propaganda,outdated curriculum and weak teachers.The reasons for these problems are the limitations of traditional concepts in college students' entrepreneurship education,Insufficient attention and incomplete system construction.The fourth part of this article is to strengthen the countermeasures for entrepreneurship education of college students.Based on the analysis of the previous content,four countermeasures for strengthening entrepreneurship education for college students are put forward: through the overall planning of entrepreneurship education,students 'awareness of entrepreneurship is raised;through the promotion of entrepreneurship education ideas,a strong campus Entrepreneurship atmosphere;through the improvement of the entrepreneurship education curriculum,innovative new models of entrepreneurship education;through the improvement of the level of entrepreneurship education teachers,to ensure the reserve strength of students to start businesses.
