parent-child relationship is the first interpersonal relationship and one of the most important family relationships in the process of children personality formation.Harmonious and healthy parent-child relationship has an important impact on children mental health growth and harmonious family relationship.Whether parents and children master parent-child communication skills and whether parent-child conflicts can be resolved in the first place is the key to cultivate harmonious and healthy parent-child relationship.Community is the union of many families and the main living place of community members.Therefore,community will be an important place to breed harmonious family parent-child relationship.The parent-child relationship service carried out in the community belongs to the family comprehensive service in the community service.It is one of the most effective means to prevent,treat and develop the parent-child relationship in the community by collecting social work professional resources in the community as a unit,based on social work professional theory and adopting professional working methods to provide professional parent-child relationship service to the community family and its members by community staff to meet the needs of the parent-child relationship in the community family.At present,the existing research on family parent-child relationship service is mainly focused on the provision of family parent-child relationship service by social work professional institutions,while the research on community-based family parent-child relationship service is rare.Therefore,in-depth analysis and research on community family parent-child relationship service can play an important role in popularizing community family parent-child relationship service and achieving the goal of building a harmonious family parent-child relationship.In this study,the author chose Hohhot X community family parent-child relationship service project as the research object,taking ecosystem theory and regional development model as the theoretical guidance,using social work professional research methods in-depth interviews and participation in observation two survey methods to carry out the investigation and study.During the pre-investigation and the investigation,the author selected X community workers,X community residents and X community social workers as the objects to conduct a large number of in-depth interviews and participate in observation,and obtained first-hand data to lay the foundation for the research.The author also conducted research and analysis on X community parent-child relationship service from the perspective of social work,summarized its development experience and shortcomings,and further put forward countermeasures and suggestions to improve X community parent-child relationship service.This study is divided into the following four parts: Introduction:discusses the background of this topic,research significance and professional theories and research methods used in the process of this study.The first chapter introduces the basic situation of family parent-child relationship service in Hohhot and community X,including the geographic environment,community resources,community service content and parent-child relationship service content of community X in Hohhot.Chapter II:Summarizes the advanced experience and shortcomings of X community family parent-child relationship service,and analyzes the causes and influencing factors in depth from the perspective of social work in combination with in-depth interviews and observation data.Chapter III:Based on the actual situation of community X and the theory and practice of social work specialty,the author tries to put forward some countermeasures and suggestions to improve parent-child relationship service from the perspectives of community,professional resources and residents.This article initially thinks that with the development of the community,the interaction between the community family and the community iscontinuously developing towards diversification and individuation,and community service,especially the parent-child relationship service of the community family,has huge development space in the future.As far as community family parent-child relationship service is concerned,it is necessary to further take the community as the carrier,continuously integrate professional resources,broaden the service channels and enrich the service contents of parent-child relationship service,give full play to the professional advantages of social work,mobilize the enthusiasm of residents for community participation,and attract residents to participate in family parent-child relationship service spontaneously.At the same time,using the advantages of the community to stimulate and integrate the potential resources of the society and to create a harmonious atmosphere suitable for the development of parent-child relationship in the community are helpful to comprehensively promote the long-term development of community parent-child relationship services.
