Research On The Characteristics Of Extracurricular Activities Of Junior High Schools In Pingyao County

With the prominent problems of youth physique,the state and society pay more and more attention to the problems of youth physique,and have adopted a series of means and measures to help them enter into Extracurricular activities,participate in sports,feel sports and learn sports,hoping to strengthen their physique through various ways.Big class Extracurricular activity is one of the important means,through the study gap big class provides the junior high school students with the opportunity to carry on the Extracurricular activity,enables them not only to come out from the intense study,adjusts the body and mind,but also can exercise the body,strengthens the physique.Junior high school students study pressure,heavy homework,extracurricular Extracurricular activities have also been affected.Society,learning Schools and parents are very concerned about their children's health,in fact,students' physical decline,lower physical fitness,overweight and other conditions are really not optimistic.Since the launch of the Sunshine Sports Program,ensuring that students can exercise for one hour a day,improving their physical quality and athletic ability in physical education is the primary task of school sports work.In this study,18 junior high schools in Pingyao County,including 4junior high schools in urban areas and 14 junior middle schools in villages and towns,were investigated by means of literature,questionnaires and expert interviews.Based on the data collected,the characteristics and differences of Extracurricular activities were analyzed.The results show that the first Pingyao County junior high school can basically carry out large activities between the time and site.The basic form of development is to the whole school collective development,other forms of development as a supplement.The main content of the activities is broadcast exercises and secondary examination items.Students' interest projects are underdeveloped.The basic situation of the second sports teachers has been counted,mainlyfull-time less,part-time teachers as a supplement,the overall number of teachers is insufficient;male young and middle-aged PE teachers as the main body,female PE teachers are relatively small.Third,Pingyao County junior high school students are more important to the development of Extracurricular activities between classes,the degree of active participation is high," improve physical quality "," ease the pressure of learning "," prepare for the examination " is the main participation motivation,running,radio exercises,rope skipping is the main favorite project,the whole school collective participation is the main form of participation,most students participate in Extracurricular activity Extracurricular activities After all have positive physical changes and psychological changes,but in the student interest project development,student initiative guidance,student participation interest,student exercise intensity monitoring needs to be strengthened.Fourth: in urban schools,Pingyao County Experimental Junior Middle School students have the strongest cognitive importance and participation initiative;in township schools,Pingyao County Xiangle Township the second primary school students have the strongest cognitive importance and participation initiative.The comparative analysis of the Extracurricular activities between the junior high school and the township central school in Pingyao County shows that the cognitive importance of the junior high school students in the city is stronger for the large class,and the initiative of the township junior high school students to participate in the big class is stronger;the township junior high school students are more active for the big class.The motivation of town middle school students to prepare for the middle school sports is more clear,and the motivation of urban middle school students in "improving physical quality" and "relieving learning pressure" is slightly stronger than that of township middle school.In the favorite projects,there are differences between the urban junior high school and the township central school in the two projects of running and football,the township middle school students prefer running,and the urban middle school studentsprefer football.Five: Pingyao County junior high school Extracurricular activities should be carried out from the following four strategic aspects:strengthen the importance of Extracurricular activities between large classes,enrich the form of Extracurricular activities between large classes,enrich Extracurricular activities between large classes,and encourage the individualization of Extracurricular activities between large classes...
