Research On Cultivation Of College Business Startups Culture

Socialism with Chinese characteristics has crossed the threshold into a new era.Under the new era background,the state inspires and protects business startups,encourages more entities to make innovations and start businesses,accelerates the construction of an innovative country.As the innovation base and radiation center of talent cultivation and cultural inheritance,the college should inevitability undertake the responsibility for cultivating the culture of business startups and innovation and business startups talents.Although there is an urgent need of innovative and business startups talents in China and all walks of life advocate innovation and business startups,the business startups atmosphere across the whole society is not strong at all and business startups environment and effect is not very good.Due to the lack of sufficient recognition on business startups culture,the business startups education pertinency and effectiveness is not fulfilled in some colleges.Meanwhile,the students' awareness of business startups and innovation is not stimulated.Based on consulting documents and analyzing the theories,the dissertation selects “business startups cultural cultivation of college” as the research object.With research methods of questionnaire and interview,the development history and status of college business startups culture is systematically concluded and in-depth analysis on problems about college business startups culture and their reasons is carried out.On this basis,the corresponding strategies for college business startups cultural cultivation are proposed from three perspectives such as government,school and students.In the research,the concepts of business startups,business startups talents,education and culture are defined scientifically from the perspective of theory.It points out that business startups culture indicates the ideology and cultural atmosphere related to the business startups,including the thoughts,value system and psychological awareness formed in pursuing the wealth,creating value and developing productivity.It dominates people's thinking mode and behavioral pattern.In addition,the basic theories are explained scientifically and four elements of business startups culture are systematically divided namely the business startups tangible culture,business startups spiritual culture,business startups institutional culture and business startups behavior culture.Further,the development history of the college business startups culture is systematically concluded by questionnaire and interview and in-depth analysis on status of college business startups cultural cultivation is carried out.Meanwhile,the problems about business startups cultural concept,organizational construction strength,system mechanism guarantee and business startups education system and their inhibiting factors are mainly analyzed.At last,the research makes suggestions.The strategies for college business startups cultural cultivation are proposed from three perspectives such as government,school and students.Firstly,macroscopically,it is necessary to fully develop the governmental leading and social supporting role: strengthen governmental management and build basic support system;integrate social resource and form good facilitating system;and build sharing mechanism by relying on business startup union.Secondly,from middle view,college should develop the main channel role of business startups cultural cultivation: accelerate the construction of entity institutions,tamp the business startups tangible culture;deepen the awareness of business startups,cultivate the business startups spiritual culture;strengthen the organization,complete the business startups institutional culture;launch the practice of business startups,promote the business startups behavior culture.Lastly,on a micro level,enhance students' awareness of independent business startups and innovation capacities: guide students in setting subjective awareness of business startups from the perspective of concept;enhance learning-centered business startups knowledge and skills from the perspective of learning,lay emphasis on positive psychological capital cultivation from the perspective of psychology and lay emphasis on participation and training of business startups practice form the perspective of action.
